No breakfast offer at the hotel which is a big deal for us since my friend has graveyard shift online job and it ended early morning, we really are hungry at that time. The hotel’s location is a bit far from MRT station, so you really need to walk more likely 15mins. I like how the room staff changed our towels everyday and got out our trash too. I love how thoughtful they are by giving us two bottled water everyday and two sachet of coffee and tea which is good. The receptionist are very accomodating. They give directions on how we can go to our daily errands or attractions. They were also very responsive to our request.

Room facilities. Room cleaning was good, but cups and utensils were only wiped not cleaned with soap and water. Front desk were efficient. Doorman was helpful in calling taxis.

Hand wash or a small soap bar may be made available. Breakfast menu was spicy food, fried food; non-spicy food was limited to toast and eggs only. Many people occupy lobby for long time; additional seating is needed; seating outside for transport would be helpful. Taxi route to and from hotel was long and winding.

Initial thoughts upon booking was, will the room be small, will the location be far away etc, etc. However upon check in and further wandering around the area found it was just the ideal place. Food court a walking distance, if you don't like the local cuisine, McDonalds a 5mins walk, bus stop a stones throw, room just right, pool added bonus on a hot and humid country. I would recommend this to anybody on a budget.

It is bear to the bus stop and mall. Lots of restaurants and even hawker and food centers. I love how comfy their pillows are. Airconditioning is absolutely cool. Staff are willing to help. I was also able to check in earlier than thr usual check in hour. Thanks to Keavin as he allowed me do so though I only paid only for half of the hotel price as I am waiting for my husband to arrive and pay the full price of the hotel. I love the big windows and the glimpse of vuew from the 10th floor. Staff always clean our room throughout our stay without even requesting it.

My husband said that the room is small. However, I still love how cozy the room is. It is fine with me though specially for the value.

I love that the hotel is located in a very ideal place, close to the bus station. The room was a little dusty but manageable. They offer room service every day and ensure the room is well-kept. The staff, especially Mr Didi, Mr Jay and the doorman.

The room especially the dressing table (the table with the telephone, glasses, etc) gets really dusty. Perhaps housekeeping should involve a quick cleaning of those areas as well.

Loved the staff and the pool. I didn't get the breakfast option when I booked but I paid at the counter when I wanted to have breakfast. The restaurant was right next door to the hotel. The doorman was my favourite person there. So helpful and great with my baby.

You get what you pay for in Singapore. This was a cheaper option of stay so shouldn't but can't help to compare the price of other countries. The room is beyond basic with no windows and the shower is right next to the toilet so everything gets wet. Again though, this was the cheaper option which to me was expensive for what you get.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the city center and nearby public transportation options, including several bus routes and close proximity to the subway. There's a community mall, Zhongshan Mall, just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Overall, staying here provides a great experience!

Check in was smooth, parking was at level 2 and there was no access elevator to the lobby and you have to walk down the car ramp to the Lobby main door. Cost was S$10 for a single overnight park. There was a famous Old Airport Rd Lor Mee nearby within walking distance.

The room was very cramped with a queen and single bed and no space to move around. Toilet drainage is not draining fast enough and got some water retention. Room was equipped with water boiler and some 3 in 1 coffee and tea.

Good hotel. value for money as the name suggest. Location i would consider convenient although no direct access or close access to mrt station. but plenty of bus service serving the bus station infront of the hotel..

room a bit small but one would expect for the price and also the usual hotel sizes in singapore. again no direct access or easy access to an MRT station.

It’s worth the money you spend. Comparatively small room. But worth the money. Clean room and nice staff. Pool and a small is available. Location is not near a MRT station, but bus access is quite easy.
