The room was very comfortable and spacious for Singapore standards. There is a nice neighbourhood around with 24/7 hawker centre and also Zhong Shan mall for a great selection of food, which I really enjoyed during my short stay. Overall good value for money for a Singapore hotel.

The distance from the hotel to the nearest MRT station was at least 12 - 15 mins walk, and the shuttle bus is almost always full in the morning.

We were allocated a corner room on the 6th floor it was compact but had suitable storage for our two week stay . The bed was comfortable and the sheets were changed a couple of times during our staty. There was a free bottle of water each every day and the room had a small fridge which came in useful. The hotel was extremely busy but it did not impact on us, no noise issues. Occasionally had to queue for reception as it always seemed busy! The location was good locally, it was next door to a modern shopping mall which has a Mcdonalds, Starbucks, food hall, Upstairs supermarket. There was a few bars nearby as well. We went to the nearby Ramada hotel where you can pay to use their swimming pool, something that was missing from this hotel (we did know when we booked!!) There was a lot of road works going on nearby which made the trip to the nearest station,Novena difficult. On the way there we could catch a bus but getting back was very difficult because of the roadworks which made it difficult to find the bustops. In the end as there was three of us staying we downloaded Grab app and travelled by taxi which was very efficicent and a very reasonable cost.

I think the location was not as expected, there was supposed to be a shuttle to Novena but we never were able to access that, so I think they must have run very early before we had breakfast!!

Room was well furnished. Bed was extremely comfortable. Really liked the layout of the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was easily accessible and close to a supermarket, restaurants and a hawker centre. There is also a coin-operated laundry and drying machine, gym and ice machine easily accessible to guests. Overall an exceptionally premium experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Cleaning crew would come at unset timings and I would have to leave the room for the cleaning to be completed. Would be nice to get a heads up as to when the cleaning crew would come by so as to not have to leave in a hurry during the daily cleaning service.

Shower was excellent, WiFi was very strong, location was ideal and soundproofing was very effective. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Helped us store our two bicycles and access them frequently throughout our stay. Also provided a place for us to dismantle and box our bicycles, and then store the boxes. On our last day I realised in the taxi to the airport I’d left valuables in the safe. The taxi driver took me back and the hotel had stored my valuables sealed in lost and found. Very professional and in line with service throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Room was small and very expensive but that’s common in Singapore.

the room was clean, location wise was good cos it was near to a 2 floors shopping mall.. i love that the hotel is near to McDonalds and Starbucks.. 🥰🥰

i actually don't really like the bathroom cos it was small especially the showers cos its quite cramped especially for people who are fat like me.. 😅😅 and it would be good if they could install grab bars for the safety of the elderly guests who are staying there cos each time when my dad goes to the toilet i would worry cos there was no grab bars for him to hold on to in order for him to help pull himself up.. 🥺🥺

I was only supposed to stay at Days for one night and another hotel for the earlier part of my trip. The first hotel was so small for the prize and had issues which made me move to Days. The room size is pretty decent for Singapore. It had complete amenities I was looking for - a bidet, good size bathroom that was clean and smelled clean, a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, an iron w board, blowdryer, reading lights, a bench, a desk, TV, and enough electrical outlets. It is also next to a zen park and a small mall with a Guardian, supermarket, a Mcdonalds that closes at 1am, a Starbucks, and Toast Box and some other restaurants. Also just a 5-min walk to another small mall called Shaw Plaza.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about Days Hotel by Ramada at Zhongshan Park.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and had everything one needed. The location although some 15 minutes walk from a metro station, was very convenient with a lot of bus stops nearby. There is also a supermarket and cafes just in the next building.

They are very strict about the check-in time. They don't let anyone, even if the room is already long available to check in even slightly earlier. This was inconvenient with lines at check in counter. There is literally no reason not to let at least some people check in earlier. They don't accept cash payments, you must pay with the card.

Do I recommend to stay in this hotel? Yes - Location: despite of not being in the heart of Singapore, it is located in a beautiful neighborhood (Balestier) full of restaurants, historical buildings and a supermarket just besides the hotel. Easy access to public transport. Novena MRT (subway/metro) 15 minutes walking from the hotel, little India 22 minutes, China town 30 minutes both by MRT, etc. - Room: the room was as the photos, comfortable beds, well isolated from external noise (street) but not from the neighbor rooms, toiletries provided, clean and sufficient space for two people. - Facilities/breakfast/hotel: There is a small gym in the hotel. The restaurant is in the ground floor, they serve a full and good breakfast with different dietary options. The premises are well maintained in general. Singapore is quite expensive so the value for money was more than fair, other hotels in the area were much more expensive with smaller rooms. - Staff: they were very friendly and helpful, specially the girls in the breakfast area, they were always very polite. The check in/out was smooth and fast although it is a very busy hotel and they tried their best we could do the check in earlier.

They could improve in the breakfast taste and variety. People next door were really noisy (not hotel's fault), so the sound proof of the room is not the best.

Very nice location, easy access to bus, 12-min walk to Novena Station, lots of restaurants and access to groceries within walking distance. Overall, the common area and room were very clean, the room had enough space for big luggage. The pillows and bed were very comfortable, medium firm mattress so it was perfect for someone who's got back issues.

I booked a queen-size bed, however, when I checked-in, the receptionist said that only twin-bed rooms were available and they can join the beds together. I wasn't happy with a joined bed so the next day I just pushed to inquire again. I did finally get a queen-size bed after.

Good locatio, close to the Airport, 25S$ for a cab. 10 Minutes walk to Noventa MRT/ hospital center. Directly next to a small park and a nice little mall to satisfy daily needs/ drink and eat. 25 Minutes (incl. 10 min. walk) to bayfront with MRT. Friendly staff, self service laundry (only one machine for whole hotel 10S$ washer/dryer each!!) AND full service laundry available (but expensive...). Price value ratio is great!

Only one self service washer/tryer for whole hotel and very expensive. Air condition is way louder than usual standard but at least works fine... The so called "reading ligt" is ceiling-mounted and makes you blind while lighting half the city.
