Kind staff with great location near the outlet and department store. a lot of great restaurants. near bus interchange and MRT Jurong east station. take 5 minutes to bus station and 10-15 minutes to MRT. free drinking water with sustainability concept.

The deluxe room is spacious, well maintained, good TV channels, clean bath and positive vibes all around. Excellent service from the staff. The facilities like the gym was good enough too. Free regular shuttle to-fro Sentosa was super helpful.

Location as easily accessible to MRT & buses. Near to neighbourhood shopping malls & eateries. Staffs were friendly, check in was smooth and fast. Was surprised what the hotel provide instant noodles in our room as we were infact hungry being arrived at wee morning hours. Loved the breakfast although varieties were small but good enough to fill our stomach & loved that the coffee ☕️ Will be my choice of hotel for next visit back.

Still preferred bottled water as more convi and easily carry around. Our noodles & drinks were not replenished on our last night stay 😏 Had to ask for cutlery as was not supplied to eat our instant noodle.

The room was comfortable, the train station was not too far. We liked the pool and the gym area. The staff was friendly, particularly the manager in attendance for the evening shift on Nov 23-25 (I lost her business card with her name on it). She was attentive and effective.

Travelling in Singapore is long, complicated, and exhausting. It was difficult to get housekeeping to attend to the safe in the room when it had trouble. But once the manager got involved everything was very good.

The pool and gym, plenty of space to sit and chill outside. Can wash your clothes on the same floor too, but be sure to have some $10 notes to change into tokens for the washing machine and dryer which is 1 token each $10=1 token. 1 token per machine, laundry detergent is automatically dispensed. Excellent service with a warm smile from all staff. Was able to borrow a umbrella. Vending machine has good selection and protection if you forgot. Has a free shuttle all day to and from Sentosa. My room was on level 10 right by the door to go outside on the balcony with a nice view. Glass door on the lift is a cool feature. No single use plastic bottles for water. Covered over bridge walkway to JEM mall on the other side. Highly recommend this place

No seven eleven near by and no liquor in the vending machine

Staff was extra friendly. They were able to give some guidance on restaurants or shops in the area. The hotel lobby was very clean and easy to locate. The room itself was very clean and the aircon was running when I arrived so the room was nice and cool.

Overall the room itself is very small. You had to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the tv to walk around the bed to where the table was. There is a water dispenser on each floor, but it was on the opposite side of the building from my room which made it a bit inconvenient to get to.

Location is too good.Lot of eateries nearby. - Supermarkets nearby. - 5 minutes walk to shopping mall, Science Centre, Metro/Bus Interchange. Buses to all parts of Singapore. - 15 min walk to Jurong Lake, Japanese/Chinese beautiful gardens, IMM big Shopping mall. - They have in-house "Do it Youself laundry". Just put the coins and laundry is done. Same with dryer. Initially, I went out but later got to know , they have in-house. Very convenient. Actually, if customer service brief it during check in or keep a room wise brochure stating all the facilities, would be quite convenient. I had stayed in many hotels across the globe, but this service was unique. - Daily snacks,drinks provided. Overall awesome indeed. - Free bus service from the Hotel lobby to Resorts World Sentosa (every 1.30min). I extended my stay again 😉

My Room had cabinet but no racks for keeping clothes. Only option was to hang the clothes or keep it in your luggage. The cabinet had space but no racks (strange indeed).

Service - had an issue with dry-cleaning of a suit, and the manager Faiza went above and beyond to make sure that it was cleaned and delivered to my room in time for my meetings. He also offered a complimentary breakfast (which I took) and a room upgrade (which I didn't, as I was happy with my room) for the trouble. An outstanding response to what was initially a very stressful situation. Would come back to this hotel just for that service alone.

Great location. Room was clean and spacious. Easy check-in/checkout experience. Room gets cleaned everyday. Nice common areas in the hotel.

A touch pricey all things considered. Had no interest in the breakfast selection. May as well head over to JEM or Westgate for breakfast. Could use a more soundproof door. Noise really carries in the hallway. Mini fridge is crap.

I think the room is small for its price and location, but it is the very few hotels in Singapore offering connecting room for family. The MRT and Jurong East Mall is a long walk from the hotel, about 10 minutes. The hotel is a standalone building in the area. The plus point is that it is near the Singapore Science Centre. It also provides shuttle bus service to Sentosa
