The breakfast was great. a wide variety of dishes and different cuisines of Asia. The staff was helpful and polite. The location is in the heart of a wonderful shopping area. Clean, cozy rooms. Thank you!

I especially didn't like the blankets. They were made of some kind of artificial material that did not allow air to pass through. Therefore, there were two options - to sleep without them - you freeze or lift but sweat

The staff were great: kind, supporting, always smiling and available to help. The breakfast was outstanding: wide offering, variety, plenty of types of food and good quality. The rooftop pool with restaurant is also fantastic and the gym is way above expectations for Orchard Rd in SG.

It's a pricey and the lobby is actually not a real lobby. There is no real room for guests, no caffe bar or service whatsoever to accommodate the guests except for 4 armchairs in the middle of the hall.

The bath/shower combo was hard to get I and out. Maybe a top sheet or lighter quilts could be available

The club Lounge is useless. There are few options of coffee and drinks and no food. Realy it is waste for our money

Room was spacious, beds were comfy, location ideal for shopping on Orchard with all the big malls in close proximity. One can easily reach all sites either by taxi or by public transport. The bus stop opposite the Thai embassy is a stone throw away. The rooftop pool is spacious enough and thanks to pre-booking not overcrowded. Staff was attentive and friendly, the hotel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast was not particularly varied and quite rigid due to the sanitary rules and regulations. One could order from a set menu a variety of dishes, though they got quite boring as they didn't vary. For the price they charge, not good value for money, considering one can pick up a decent breakfast for half the price by heading down 150m to the nearest Starbucks or to one of the many food stalls a few paces away (basement level of the shopping malls ION, Shaw or Wheelock Place).

Very good location on Orchard Road. All staff very friendly - Lovely welcome from David on check-in! Room clean & modern. Hotel lobby has lovely a cafe & other shopping options - nice to relax & meet friends there...

There is no practical closets or wardrobes for hanging or storing any clothes (1 rail / 1 meter long)! We "lived" out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay. Hotel undergoing some renovations/modernisation but this is normal & is a positive investment in the IHG hotel stock!. Last point the era of having to climb into a bath to have a shower should be long gone in 5* hotels... this should be the next investment to be addressed by the owners....

There is on the Main Street .High class hotel but reasonable.

Room came with free flow of filtered drinking water. Comfortable and luxurious beds and bathroom. Loved being able to walk along Orchard Rd to see the Christmas lights, and meet up for dinner/ drinks with friends so conveniently. Orchard MRT was a 5 min walk away (Wheelock Place). Breakfast was great, and staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Staff got slightly annoyed with me when I double confirmed my late check-out as I had to attend a training in the hotel up till 5pm that day. Despite that, my access card was blocked after noon.
