Front desk Jeffrey was great! Came to our room personally shortly after check in and gave my 2 kids soft toys! He also surprised us with a box of truffle chocolates for my wife and me later in the day when we were out. Requested for extra towels and was given by the housekeeping staff in less than 5 minutes! Great bed also!

Room is a little dated and bath tub is a little dirty, has black bits in the water when we tried to fill the bath tub with water for my kids to bath in. Breakfast has a great spread of cold items but hot food selections can be improved.

The staff were really nice and helpful. They accompanied our need to check in early and helped us to get our mobile which was forgotten in a taxi from the airport. The room was large as well compared to other rooms in singapore. The toilet was large as well.

The only thing is that some of the furniture in the room looks old and there is un pleasant smell every time we open the door of the wardrobe. It seems they use specific smell which I noticed in another hotel in Singapore as well . The smell was strong and unpleasant for me and also my friend

Size, aircon works, clean, beautiful lobby, all furniture in room nice.

Bathroom was dated. At this level there should be a proper coffee/tea/drink station in the room not a kettle under the tv. This level hotels now have Nespresso machines. I had the buffet bfast with my kids. I think we got charged 50 dollars each, 200… we went out every day after that. And european bfast for 9-15 per person.

Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh food, wide variety. Staff helpful. Pool was great. Towels fresh. Room was clean. Decor dated but fine. Blackout curtains worked well. Housekeeping staff great. Front of house staff wonderful, especially Alyson.

More power points. Plug points in room. No usb charging points. Television signal poor. Wifi was slow and dropped out.

A large window allows plenty of natural light into the room. The location is fantastic, all major attractions are only a few stops away from a nearby MRT station. Breakfast is great with a lot of Halal options. The hotel gym is also decent with essential facilities. Room service is prompt.

The placement of lights inside the room is bit off, makes it difficult to use the mirror. Toiletries are limited.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Pool and gym are good sized. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful especially the team at the breakfast restaurant.

Upon arrival we found the bedsheet not entirely clean. As soon as we reported the sheets were changed. We also received a formal apology about the incident on checkout.

Room was large and very nice. Location was great near the Newton food market and the MTR which we used to get around. Breakfast was great as was service, huge choice, fruit, cooked breakfasts, pastries, cereals all great. Pool area was also nice to chill out in.

The location is great and the food is amazing! The rooms are comfy and swimming pool is great! Cosy and authentic. Soap scent so nice in the bathroom!

Towels need to be washed a bit better. Singapore is very humid so drying them well is essential.

Breakfast is good. But the dinning room for breakfast is too small. Not enough spaces for walking around to get the food.

The receptionist who check us in .. it’s not fit to be at the front. He doesn’t even greet us and not smile. Receptionist need to be nice and friendly.. so the guests feel welcome .

The hotel is nicely located close to Orchard Road and is very close to the MRT. The rooms are clean and spacious. I also liked the bathroom. Staff are very friendly.

Not much to add, room facilities are slightly outdated and the TV had a problem with the loudspeaker.
