Room was very nice with balcony view, location was excellent. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of choice.

The shower and bathroom were looking a bit old, need of refurbishment. Safe and deposit box did not work in the room. No drinks in the room.

Its ambiance created an authentic Transylvanian atmosphere which transports you into a Bram Stoker novel complete with vanishing cape.

Absence of Irish coffee.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, very much themed on gothic/dracula , stunning, we were 2 of only 4 guests staying (January off-season ) so we felt uncomfortable ordering breakfast as it had to be pre ordered we didn't want to put staff to effort. Would absolutely recommend , it was a great location for poiana skiing resort, small bit tricky to find but otherwise very nice Stay. Room was comfortable. Reception staff were nice but only had the briefest of interactions checking in...

Very quiet, didn't see any other guests until we were leaving. So lacked atmosphere but otherwise beautiful hotel in a great location.

The decor is great, very castle like. The food on the first night was amazing, as was our waitress. We had 2 levels, bed being upstairs, which was fine but not expected.

The upstairs toilet kept running, the WiFi kept dropping out, and the elevator only goes to the first floor, and then you need to carry your bags up to the 3rd floor in our case. All that being said, it is absolutely worth the visit.

Staff, Fitness, massage, the castle (search for exits to get on the outside roofs), candles on dinner tables, warm in hotel and rooms.

Nothing particularly, but: Staff was responsive and kind, but the atmosphere was kind of sad. No energy in the air. Music in walls cand be a good idea, but sometimes worked, sometimes it did not or bad signal. There is volume and on/off buttons in walls for music but we were not aware about.

I liked the place, and the view from the room. We paid extra to get a better room!

. .It's a 4 star location! Nothing for 4 stars. They had certificates of excellence from TripAdvisor on 2015&2016. Which was nice to see. But,they didn't improve anything since. The room needs renovations, carpet was old and very used, the fridge didn't work, air condition is not installed. The told us because is mountains, is cold and we don't need. Well was very hot in the first night, we slept with all the windows open, not fridge, was not nice at all.Breakfast at least for a 2 star hotel.They didn't have a toaster, to toast bread, not too many options, just few things, basics. The staff was pretty ok. The location is just great, quiet area, surrounded by forest. We will be back when it will look like a 4 stars hotel! Thank you!

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The view was extraordinary.

The key card to the room was not working properly and was locking us out for three times. The bathroom had the smell of canal due to a misplaced pee trap, possibly.

They should do better with the kitchen menu ..and pay more attention to the customers NOT to put value on the money ...the food should be fresh NOT warned up in the microwave....kitchen stuff very rude .

The price and location is good. The breakfast offered was excellent. The hotel is clean and generally in a quiet place. A very good value for the price required.

The internet was working in the main building, but had issues in the side building. I guess this is temporary. Over the weekend, expect noise at night as other travelers feel fit to congregate in public areas and throw in noisy private parties at midnight. That is not the hotel’s fault, but it happened during my stay and it was not nice.

It was very cosy. We had stayed at the 3 star room. The room was big enough for a couple it had a balcony with a view over the firs. The whole concept of the hotel is very interesting impersonating a castle.

The bathroom cabin was quite little and the shower end was not working properly.
