I have stayed in Al Naseem area at many places over the years but this first time par excellence experience, professional staff especially miss Khloud very cooperative , polite and respectful, it was welcoming to check in and night duty staff ( male on reception) deserves appreciation how they conducted guests swiftly check in , answering each question and taking care of needs of customers. I extended my stay further 2 days , thank you for making the stay wonderful it’s peaceful place unlike other where housekeeping is an issue and noisy , highly recommend this place for travelers to Jeddah if you want peaceful stay plus bonus is huge retail mart across road , you can buy anything you want . just stroll round for eatable if you like to eat out . highly recommended place to stay good luck to the staff and managerial team keep up the good work

bed linen needs to be changed for every new arrival before allocation of room and room slippers should be replace , it’s not a big deal

Clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious and comfortable

Breakfast was more basic than expected, not even 2 types of tea, some days no sweet pastries, once a small insect on some uncovered food. One of the reception staff was often not polite and the reserved rooms were not available forcing us to pay for an upgrade or switch rooms half way, I D was requested for each guest which is inconvenient especially when arriving late after a long journey, and no longer a.requirement here

Right from the start, we got a smooth check-in with Ms Roaa at the reception and then received a clean suite, with good amenities. Many restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby.

Breakfast could be better, but it was good enough. The restaurant had flies, which reduced our satisfaction with the breakfast. Front of the hotel and an empty ground beside it were almost always full. Basement parking is available but the entry and exits are very narrow, suitable to fit a sedan or small SUV.

First of all..I would like to said thank you very much to MS.Huda who understand my situation and able to give me the room even it was not time for check in...We was travelling from Riyadh with my kids and reached hotel around 10am...where that was not time to check in...Ms.Huda considered my situation and gave us the room..I'm really thankfull for her.. All the staff are very helpfull. And staff Vasant ,who also very helpful with our luggage and gave us parking when there was no parking lot available.. So moral of story..Hotel Western Lamar is the best for us... Recommende for this hotel to everyone😍

Nothing is to said to dislike...

The female reception was very helpful and friendly. Location close to Haramain Rail Station. it can be reached by walking, but myself was using online taxi with 9 riyal rate. There are a lot of restaurant nearby hotel such as Indonesian restaurant, KFC, Bukhari, Juice world, pizza hut, McD, etc. Room size was big enough as i am taking studio room.

There was no electrical stove in the kitchen.

parking is full and we had to park in empty dirt space not meant to be parking space even though it’s full of cars . side comment I know it’s not the hotel mistake but the street is awful people are walking in groups to cross the road without paying any attention to the coming cars

Location location location, its on a very busy street in the heart of jeddah, the location is excellent and all around it is all type of stores. The room (delux suit) is VERY big, clean and tidy, the AC is excellent. And the size/money is excellent. It has a small kitchen and has basic utinsels.

It get busy with. Alot of families around and the sound deadening is not that good, you can hear them kids cry and roam around. The microwave was broken and not working, and the water pressure is not the best. As its located on a busy street, no way in hell you will find a parking spot, and the downstairs shop is a "speclized" coffe and alot of ppl sit out side and smoke.

The rooms were spacious and clean, staff was professional and friendly , location is near to everything, car parking is huge , if you have a family it is a good choice

Nothing but the air conditioning is hard to control because it's Ducted " in the ceiling" but it was fine

Beautiful property with excellent location close to the Haramain Sulaimaniyeh High Speed Train station. Was checked in by a very friendly reception staff. the room and the amenities were excellent. So was the in room breakfast. Will definitely stay here again ✔️✔️

wifi does not work.

excellent value for money, room size, facilities. for a family it is really really good

the location is not too great. it is located right across the Economic Supermarket and as result traffic is always congested. internet was a bit too slow
