Would really like to thank the staff especially ( Ms. EMAN ) , and say that being a receptionist is difficult sometimes but you have definitely made it different as we’ve seen with a smiling face and cheerful attitude and most importantly quick reservation check- in&out. Salsabil by Warwick is really very lucky that they actually have such an amazing receptionist for this hotel, who actually performs all her duties as well as all her responsibilities so very well each and every time. Just thanks will not be enough to appreciate your work. You are such a wonderful person whose work will never fail and thank you for being a part of this hotel.

I usually stay in 5*, however Warwick 4* really met our expectation for the purpose visit, breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and kept at good conditions, on top of that the staff were super friendly, especially the lovely Heba at reception with her lovely smile, thank you Heba.

No wardrobe in each room, instead they have only one at the suite entrance!! Honestly for families booking suites, expectation is individual wardrobe for every room, and it was OK for us as we just stayed for 2 nights, however for longer stays then it will be an issue.

Room vanities were good, cleaning was good, carpet could use Machine wet cleaning, periodically. Noticed suit rooms (801) shorter than the regular rooms, there for little overpriced. Location was easy access. Staff was wonderful,Manager Karim was very supportive and the receptionist Eman was profesional and excellent.

waste bins beat up and need to be replaced. and number of the waste bins was not enough in the suits. The refrigerator was very unstable in the Kitchener.

Room, Ambience, Pool, Cleanliness, Lobby Area, Staff, Location all were amazing 👏

Elevators under maintenance from last 2 days, only 1 was working out of 3, Breakfast menu needed much improvements as there was nothing for Asians from last 5 days, all arab dishes were being served, Fruit Salad could be a better option rather than raw fruits being served in salad bar, Tables were without numbers which caused confusing while ordering omelet, table serving by staff was lacking as well. Yogurt & Lipton Red Tea was NA in breakfast, 🙏

I slept well during my stay . The pillow and bed so comfortable . The receptionist so professional and so kind , very fast process while check in , I forgot to ask the name but both male staff .

The parking area was at the back from the hotel and for my 1st time came to this hotel Im lost while looking for the parking and the main road was so crowded . I suggest the put the big signage for us to know where is the location of hotel parking.

You always greet us with a smile and gave a huge contribution with your dynamic personality and imparting skills such as guiding to tourism places in Jeddah and also, following up until you assured that we’ve received the Arabic coffee at first night which reflected a very good impression toward the hotel hospitality. In point of fact , Thanking you is not enough to show how much we appreciate your work. The way you handle the obstacles and find quick resolution when come in your way are just amazing. The dedication and effort that you put in the work are tremendous. Ms. ROWINA , Keep up the good work.

Frankly speaking, I thought other reviews were exaggerating with their comments, but when I visited the place, I would tell you to believe every word. During my stay, Everything was perfect and organized. The staff and management were great. Room size and insulation. Many local stores and restaurants are located nearby.

I didn’t like the location a little. The cuisine variety for Suhur meal should be improved.

They have an exceptional customer service. I really appreciate Ms Sana, Reservation Supervisor was very responsive about our queries. Her assistance made our long trip lighter and exciting. This kind of services assured us that after a long and exhausting travel we will have a comfortable room to stay. Also the man seating in the conceirge called my attention and he made our check-in faster. He also checked if I availed their breakfast (which we did not) and still informed me regarding the availability and timing it is being serve. The Hotel porter was also dedicated to his responsibilities, even if I already gave him a sign that 'its okay, we can manage', he still waited for us at the front door and he waited also at the 6th floor elevator (because I did not tell him that we will go to parking area), still he ask which room and offers us to help with the luggages(for me if its a few things to carry I don't call Bell attendant because I know he had more luggages to carry, with this I can gift him a little rest). The male receiptionist made the check out fast and smooth Thank you!

Booked two(2) adults but only 1 slipper was provided. Called for service, bring the other toiletries, said thay he will be back for the slipper but he didn't. The carpet still a little wet from cleaning.
