dinner was nice good menu for all types of people also breakfast very good for a hot plate very busy morning a good number of staff on to help

serve coffee and tea at the table if possible we would have paid extra for service but all depends on staff levels .

The staff work to a high standard and work incredibly hard. Staff are friendly and very welcoming, especially on the reception desk. Cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff, you are all wonderful.. The hotel is clean, and the bedrooms are very homely and warm. Comfortable beds Relaxed atmosphere. Meals are cooked to an excellent standard. Bar snacks are available upon arrival. Excellent cooked breakfast. Comfortable seats/sofas throughout the hotel.

The bath was a bit of a struggle to get into when having a shower. A shower cubicle would be better. The room was clean and very comfortable but needs updating..

Large comfortable rooms and lovely large twin beds. Bathroom good, good facilities, huge car park, but lots of pot holes and it lacked disabled spaces (only 2 for such large establishment). Easy access from road network, great location. Pleasant chatty staff. Breakfast plentiful and good.

Being asked to sit in the conservatory when we went for breakfast, rather than the main dining room with my blind daughter, because she had her guide dog with her. But it was sorted and we got an apology without having to make a fuss, both from the duty manager and the member of staff who got it wrong! Lighting in room very dull. Tiny TV in corner of room.

Our room was deluxe twin , but they put them together for us. Everything in the room was perfect. We only booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast is very good, help yourself, all fresh and constantly replenished. Restaurant staff worked hard to make sure everyone had a great breakfast experience. There were three coaches in but this didn’t deter from our experience we went for breakfast at 8.45 and they were nearly all gone.

Can’t honestly say that there was anything that we didn’t like. Perhaps a bit in the wilds for a few people but as we had the car we were in a good place to explore . Plenty of great places to explore within an hours drive .

Everything about the hotel was great. From accommodation to food and location. Just a short drive from Mold Market Town. But also a great location for visiting North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester areas. Set in its own grounds away from the main road with ample parking. The rooms are kept clean and tidy with the reception area, a welcoming space for your arrival. Breakfast was very well set out and plenty of choice for everyone's requirements. The restaurant and bar have plenty of space to accommodate larger parties with a good choice on the menu. It's definitely a hotel that we will use again.

The only negative was no lifts at this property. But we managed to work with the 1 flight of stairs. But there are rooms on the ground floor.

I've stayed here before , and I must say , it is the place me and my girlfriend think of first as a night away .. as we like the extra Deluxe room with a jacuzzi in .. Amazing place . But we're put off after last time .

With deep disappointment to write this .. We had a room with a jacuzzi, we were in it for about 5 minutes due to the fact that the jacuzzi had not been cleaned properly..don't get me wrong .. it was clean to the eye .. just as the jets were turned on it did nothing but pump some horrible brown stuff into the water .. I'm thinking the jets were not cleaned ... And it did not help as housekeeping came into the room at 8.56am ,checkout was not for a couple hours . I'd suggest as part of your maintenance ppm routine, to fill up with water and give them a good clean maby . I'm really sorry to write this but it's just my honest opinion.. It a beautiful place to stay .. and like I said me and her love it here but it was a shame it was spoilt with that .

The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was very good. The room was basic but well kept and clean. A cosmetic improvement to the outside it would definitely encourage people to stop and enjoy a pleasant drink or a lovely meal in this establishment. Breakfast was very good as were all the other meals we ate in the Hotel.

First thing we saw was the car park which needs to be resurfaced and marked out better however there was ample parking available which is a bonus Then we encountered the Bar/restaurant Arches area which needs a face lift on the outside because once we went inside it was a pleasant surprise. Removing the dated "net curtains" throughout would definitely improve the overall first impression.

The Beaufort is a fairly large Hotel with very good facilities, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with various options and the evening menu was pleasant and tasty. The location is very good for exploring Chester and North Wales.

Although the visit was comfortable and enjoyable, some areas of the Hotel need some decoration and a face lift. The Hotel accommodates a number of coach parties, so you need to be aware of this when you are dining and at breakfast as it can be quite busy. Did not affect my visit in any way.

If you read my last review I slatted the breakfast as it had stood so long but with the hotel being busy this time the food was turned over more regular and it was excellent as in the past. Room 206 has been updated as this was one of my pet hates in the past. New carpet nice decor modern light fittings and up to date lovely bathroom, but what a let down they have put the old out of date bedroom furniture back in scratched and battered if your going to do something go that little bit more and finish the job.

We booked the Windsor Apartment to allow us more space and individual bedrooms and kitchen facilities. Every room was spotlessly clean on arrival and well maintained during our stay. The bar/restaurant on site served a good range of food with their menu including a number of vegetarian and vegan meals which is import to us. The food was very good and portions were large. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful Good bath and shower facilities with plenty of hot water and clean towels. Staff were very helpful in finding and returning an iPad that we had left behind.

The heating throughout the apartment was erratic with large radiator in hallway of apartment blasting out heat late in the evening and heat in one bedroom but no heat in lounge or main bedroom at all and no heat anywhere in the apartment in the morning when we were getting washed and dressed. To be fair we did not bring this to the notice of staff.
