Ali is a nice person He gives good advice for restaurants around and for booking a driver. The Hostel was clean and the room spacious. I recommend this place

Located close to the station, we had a separate annexe at the back of the property. Shown to our room by our host, the room was spacious, he had provided some extra heating while waiting for the radiators in room to be serviced. Tea & coffee provided. Room also had a fridge, microwave, cooking rings, plates, cutlery etc if you wanted to bring any food back to prepare. We used the local wetherspoons on the main road doing breakfast's from 8.00am. Other locations are available.

We had to come down a few stairs or slope to our room, lighting is provided in the yard but was intrusive when trying to sleep. Maybe a blind over the glass at the front door and better blinds would help.

It was very clean and comfortable although there was a loose tile and no toilet roll holder and the coat stand was broken it was still great value for money

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, especially with the new Elizabeth line being so close. We travelled to everywhere we needed to be with ease.

If I have to be critical, the double bed being up against the wall. It meant that whoever is sleeping on that side has to crawl out of the bottom of the bed to go to the toilet in the night. It wasn't a major issue though The shower was broken meaning the flow of water didn't come out of the holes. It came out of one side. Again, not an issue, as we still managed to get showered.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff/manager was amazing and very kind person and always helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

The location. Helpful and cheerful staff. We arrived early and it was not a problem to leave the luggage there.

Only the fact that the room was cold during the first 2 days. On the third day, the reception guy switched on the heat and then was fine. The room is kinda small but good for a short trip.

The hotel is clean, nice rooms near Ilford high street. They have recently refurbished so every room looks new. The rooms are mostly ensuite and affo. Ali at the reception is a very nice host. He is helpful and easily approachable. Several restaurants and fast food shops are just 3 min. walk away from the hotel. I really liked the stay. I will visit again with my sister.

I was dubious about this booking as I did not know the area. In fact the location was perfect for the train station. Only 7 mins walk. Also very near bus stops. We were made very welcome at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the fridge in the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.
