Everything was excellent. The rooms were clean and exceedingly comfortable. The rooms were totally sound proof and even with all the street noise and activity and fireworks on New Year’s Eve and a DJ playing music in the lobby bar there was absolutely no disturbance in the rooms. I totally loved this about the rooms. Breakfast was amazing!! There was nothing anyone wanted that wasn’t in the buffet or available by the chefs. Staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. Location was just brilliant for shopping, important sights and monuments and restaurants, cafes, etc.

Thought the drinks prices in the hotel bar were a little bit steep but guess thats the going rate for a good class hotel in a central location.

The location is excellent. The recepcionists were very kind. The elevators were available at a reasonable time, in other hotels you have to wait a lot. Good idea to allow the customers to fill their mini bar with the products available on the ground floor. Wi-Fi was OK and allow me to work from the room. Huge TV, I love it. It was great to have an iron and their iron table, really helpful.

At the bar in the lobby to get attended either it was very slow to the limit that I went away several times tired of waiting or nobody was there. At the breakfast room the first day was crowded and seems that they had not enough personnel to clean up the tables once the customer leave. Also could be better to offer normal free orange juice rather to keep us waiting for the waitresses to serve it and they were saving a lot because only filled half glass or less. At the room I missed few drawers to store my cloth. But the wardrobe was OK for few days. The hairdryer was broken as you couldn't turn it on/off but you could handle it by plugging and unplugging the cable.

I really liked the staff and especially at the breakfast table we were served by Oliver who always had a warm smile and engaging conversations with us and our kids. He was quick but still we didn't feel rushed or forgotten. So, we started the days on a good note. :)

I felt like i missed a bath tub in the room and the pool area could have been a little more inviting especially as its a tiny pool. One evening there was a family just sitting with drinks and snacks and staring in the pool. This felt awkward as they weren't in their swimming gear and just seemed to be taking up space while looking at others in the pool. I think they were eventually asked to leave but maybe there should be more clarity around what's polite and what's not in the swimming area. In general, we did enjoy the pool and sauna.

Location was really good. The rooms was nice big with 2 double beds.

Staff very strange. They want me to pay my room when i check out again. I talld them i payed to the booking directly and the lady said no you didnt. Only garanty it was. I said no when i check in nobody uskd me to pay it was payed. She argue with me and fight for 5 minits. I had to change my language in aplication to show her its payed and she didnt accept it anyway. After 5 minits she find it that she was wrong , no appologize nothing. They charge you 40 euro per parking what the hell. Better you park on street. I uskd if i can leave my car infront of the hotel. They said no. But lamborgini was there all night all day without no problem. Guess they dont like only Porsche.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. You are right in Potsdamer Platz, so very close to railway station, shops etc. 24hr reception is convenient for early checkouts. The Lobby Bar is great for a pre-dinner drink. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is a steak house and one a more casual hotdog bar. We ate at the hotdog bar both nights as their loaded fries menu item was so delicious. But there are other casual dining options close to the hotel. The Berlin Mall ( about a 5min walk away) has a food court with lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Room was nicely laid out. And check in and out was very swift and staff polite. I liked the pool being open until late and kids being able to go down as well mad einteasier with my family.

The price of a single glass of wine for €19 is insane. I do t care how nice the hotel is. A single glass of Merlot from a twisty cap bottle that was already opened and pouring it out into a glass for €19. It actually was something we have spoken about since we left. There is no way to justify this price.

Excellent location close to many sights in the center, big and comfortable rooms (panorama with view) and connected rooms were great so our kids were close by, pool area was very live with decent size pool and well equipped fitness room

Parking for 37 EUR/night is very expensive, breakfast was good but choice of fruit and vegetables not so large and the staff did not manage to fill up the buffet due to many guests, very long queue for the coffee machine

The hotel is great value for money. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fresh and clean. The breakfast is beyond all expectations, for dinner the restaurant is amazing too. The restaurant even managed to make a celebratory breakfast for my husband on his birthday. Good location. Nice part of the city close to many touristic spots of interest.

I feel like I always had to ask for lotion and vanity kits. They were brought fast though. The bar service is sometimes a bit slow. Great food though.

Location is fantastic! Right next to Potsdamer platz and Tirgarten, 10 minutes away by foot from Brandenburg gates. Lots of dining options within 10 minutes by foot. Very comfortable room: spacious, clean and quiet. Great steak house downstairs highly recommended.

I would not recommend to take hotel breakfast. At 40 EUR per person it is overpriced in my opinion. There are a lot of better value options in the area.
