The room itself was nice and big. The bathroom is off the side so there’s access from the bedroom and the living room area without them crossing. There’s even a little kitchenette. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well. The hot tub was perfect. And the staff was nice.

The pool was cold! The shower was a little slippery and my kiddo fell when she got in. The pull out bed for the couch was also kinda gross and looked like it had popcorn on the mattress. It didn’t have any sheets on it and just the mattress. While there were extra pillows on the top rack, they also didn’t have pillowcases and were slightly dirty. They kept running low on towels and only had ones for the pool which were slightly smaller than the regular towels.

We checked out a day early, spoke to the front desk staff, we asked for our money back for checking out a day early. They told us to go look through Booking.com. Booking.com told us to talk to the front staff and nobody will give us our money back for checking out a day early at 11 AM. The night we stayed was wonderful and checking out the next day we were not told there would be a penalty! We also called to speak to the manager, then Hotel and nobody called us back! We have left messages!

Sam, the front desk clerk that was there when we checked, was awesome! She was friendly and greeted us with a bright smile and enthusiasm. She, answered our questions thoroughly and gave great suggestions. Thank you Sam. Our room was great and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was fantastic and quickly replenished whenever something was low. The entire facility and staff was perfect.

We didn't have anything that we didn't like.

Staff were very friendly, room was big enough, bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were nice, the breakfast was a good amount of foods (not just cereal and bread), the facility was clean, the facility was easy to get to

We picked the first floor due to location but should have picked a different floor. The first floor was loud at night from other guests both in the parking lot and the hallway. It did not wake up our small child but it woke me up. I never like hotel lobby coffee and this was no exception. It was very bitter but there was plenty of other local coffee to go enjoy.

Worked with us very well due to power outages and loss of reservation. Front des clerk went above and beyond!

Had reservation for 2 queen beds & our grandsons had to sleep on a couch pullout. Those are terrible!

The room was really nice, very big! The beds were so comfortable with fluffy comfortors and pillows. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff kept it stocked & were quick to refill when I let them know the pancake maker was put of batter. All the staff were very friendly also.

It was perfect location for additional family holiday visit. Not enough rooms in the house but we have holiday inn! ^^

Location; easy access. Quiet, clean room; I was able to control the temperature. Good water pressure and hot water. Shampoo,Conditioner and body wash in shower was great!

Price. Honestly the price was comparable to others but since I was just stopping to sleep only; it was high for me. Had I brought family to utilize the many amenities would have totally been worth it!

Very clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. It was very family oriented and had a great selection for breakfast.

They were out of everything at breakfast 90 mins before it was supposed to be over but I’m guessing they had just had a rush if all the kids in the hotel. It was very busy. They were probably working on refilling everything but we didn’t wait.

All the Staff were friendly, Courteous and Professional. Really enjoyed the breakfast that was served. Liked that the pool area was clean and the workout area had all that you would need to get your exercise in if your an avid fitness person.
