The location was close to attractions in Dubuque. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. They provided plenty of breakfast choices and the food tasted good. We also accidentally left an expensive item behind and when we called to see if the item was found, it had been. The person we talked to was friendly and super helpful!!!

The elevator seemed a bit sketchy but it worked just fine. The toilet in our room wasn't the best at flushing. We needed to hold the handle down and at times needed to flush several times to get the job done.

Beds were extremely comfy and immediate hot water in the shower. Breakfast had many options - hot items, cereal, make yourself waffles, cold items - lots to choose from and impressive spread.

Service was bad - check in person seemed put out to be there. Later we couldn't get into our room and nobody was staffed up front, but you could call. I did and told her our room number which she recognized it immediately - it turned out we had to turn our door handle UP and it will open then. Maybe put a sign on that door or fix it if its a known issue.

It was clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfy - not too hard. Plenty of towels. It has an elevator, which is nice for older persons on the third floor. Greeting staff person was very nice.

Breakfast food was gone when we arrived in the morning. The fan in the bathroom did not work - room got really humid. The freezer section of the fridge was totally frosted over with inches of ice. I thought it was a bit expensive, especially since they did not clean every day. (Lower the cost if you're not going to clean every day.)

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, pancake maker didn't work, biscuits were hard as a rock, coffee cups were to little, no cookies at night time like said on website. Guy working the Breakfast touched all biscuits with his hands, no gloves when filling silverware it fell on floor and he put it in with other utensils. Need better pillows.

From the price being convenient and short drive to our event we’re the main things I liked about the hotel. Me & my husband felt very comfortable and we were able to relax as we needed. The staff we did see and encountered were nice.

Husband used hot tub and pool and thoroughly enjoyed both. Room was very comfortable

No hot breakfast and the breakfast that was there was closed up by 9:15, supposed to be served until 9:30. I also did the express check out via text and as of yet have not gotten an email with my receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me.

Comfortable beds, nice and cool air conditioning, the pool and hot tub was amazing.

Moved the pillow and right away a giant spider started crawling on the bed. The front desk clerk was not very personable when checking in.

The pool/hot tub & area around pool was clean & stocked well with towels. Make your own waffles was a hit for grandkids.

Heater/ac a little noisy & kept cycling every few minutes.

I wish they would empty the trash more often. I understand people are short staffed but at least go in and empty trash every couple days

Pet friendly, rooms smelled nice. Front desk helpful when the garbage truck places the large bin by my door blocking it

Not the nicest pool. Towels limited. Some stains on walls and curtains.
