Our room was recently remodeled and was very clean. The restaurant was convenient. If you do not like fish, order from the kids menu.

The office upon check in did not provide any paperwork containing wi-fi password or how to check out before their office opened on departure day. Weekend staff in the office would not answer the phone, however when you went into the office two people were in there. One was seating at the desk and the other just standing neither one was answering the telephone when it rang. They were helpful and polite but they had no work ethnic for there employer. Children in swimming pool in regular diapers. Parents removing wet diapers and leaving them on the pool deck. Two used drink glasses were on soda machine when we arrived and when we departed. Door to our room had large gaps where you could see outside. Meaning we could hear people talking almost all night long.

The location at the marina, with the restaurant and bar that are adjacent to the property were fantastic. The room had plenty of towels and the pool area and seating outside was extremely quiet for as many people were in the area. We took a short Uber drive into downtown to enjoy the night life and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly, helpful. Room was updated and clean. Having bar & restaurant was convenient as well..Loved being close to the water, very pretty.

Wish the restaurant had a bar area to sit, at least we didn't see one..the bar on the water was nice but limited seating.

This place is gorgeous and makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. It’s located on the water and the working marina at the hotel and restaurant offers a chance to see some beautiful boats and meet friendly folks.

Actually stayed there several times in the 80s and 90s with our children (now grown) , loved the restaurant ,and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room security, door locks were old and not very secure. bedroom window shades let in too much street light as well as sunlight first thing early in the morning.

Beautiful location, suite was very pretty and clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant!

I wish that the fan in the sitting area would have operated when the light was off. We could only turn off both at the same time but it would have been nice to use the fan without the light. Maybe we were doing it wrong. Otherwise everything was great!

The rooms were big and very clean and looked like they were recently updated. The property is right on the water, and it was wonderful to have a restaurant and lounge right there.

property is not modern but clean and beautiful setting. the pool area very nice and room very very clean. great atmosphere with restaurant and lounge in property and nice walk around the marina to see boats. lighthouse also seen from marina

the only thing about the property that wasn’t great was the table and gazebo out by the pool could use updating and the beds in our room were full size which we new going in but it was definitely small, queen would be preferred. however none of there things affected our opinions too much and we would go back

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Conch House. We even got the same suite we had in 2019, #3 right by the pool, walking distance to the marina where we went on the Endless Summer II for a day of fishing. And I brought the vacuum sealer to get the fish we caught ready for the freezer. The pool is great, the suite was great, the staff was great.

The wifi connection was not so great.

The room was super comfortable, felt very at home for our stay. The Conch restaurant was PHENOMENAL! Honestly i would be willing to take the 2 hour trip just for dinner. This was hands down one of the best mini vacations I’ve ever had, much love.
