Really didn't need to rent a car everything was in walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - super selection of food for all diets. All around a great experience. We plan on coming back to this hotel next time we visit.

How short our vacation was! We would have loved to stay longer. Next time for sure!!!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful when checking in. It was nice that we didn’t hear the people in the next room. And the location of the hotel is within walking distance to a movie theater, cafe and crafting stores.

Parking space was limited for larger vehicles and people with pickup trucks often too up two spaces or were saving a spot for a friend.

Everything about this place was Very Good. The Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Location was very good as it was close to some of our favorite restaurants. We were given directions to the Great Salt Lake and they wee very helpful. Breakfast was good with enough choices to satisfy us. Would definitely stay here again.

A little bit of construction around the area but not a big problem.

There for one nite to see my son and his family nearby ... we didn't stay with them because one of us had a cold and didn't want the kids to get sick.

Great location, my family live in South Salt Lake City ... about 4 miles away from the hotel location.

Comfortable beds with an trundle in the room so my kids didn't have to share. The continental breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and they had electric vehicle charging available.

Outstanding location in the heart of Sugarhouse. Close to everything you need and convenient to the freeway. Very comfortable rooms and clean and modern.

Breakfast is basic and ends early at 9.

Your front desk associate, went above and beyond her responsibilities. I had difficulty with my reservations and she took it upon herself to research the problem and was able to corret the problem and made sure I was not charged for the error!!! I don't remember her name but she helped us at about 5pm Oct 21 at the Sugar House location.

Lighting was v ery poor

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and well stocked and the location was great! We appreciated the underground parking in light of the snow storms that came through (always nice when you don’t have to dig your car out). And we enjoyed the gym and the pool/hot tub. And the trundle extra bed was SO much nicer and more comfortable than the fold out couches elsewhere. All 5 of us slept beautifully! We come to Salt Lake often and we will DEFINITELY be back!

we ended up in a room with a door that was off kilter, so there was a gap at the top, but it locked fine and it was down at the end of the hall, so it didn’t end up being a problem. just something they may want to know about so it can be fixed. the light coming in didn’t bother us, but future guests may mind.

The breakfast is always good ,except the oatmeal was TERRIBLE..

The pillows ARE TERRIBLE,and I have complained about this before.And the cable is junk.The channels don't match the guide.

Stayed in as part of a road trip to Yellowstone and ir was great. Easy parking and multiple shops nearby (target 2 min walking away). Nice breakfast and a loundry room.
