The room was really spacious and the bed too, it was huge! Tall ceiling, good sized bathroom with a shower that can fit two people. I would totally recommend this place for a romantic weekend. The breakfast is good, the eating space is spacious and feels really chick! The hotel has an "adult" vibe, so it's perfect for couples. We also used the hotel's airport transfer option, which made our stay even more pleasant. We even had a delayed flight and they had no problem adjusting the pick-up time. Unfortunately, because of the delayed flight, we did not arrive to the hotel on the first night, but we still had to pay for it. But that is not the hotel's fault.

The view from the room is almost non-existent, but there are curtains and air-conditioning so it wasn't a big issue. The card and the card slot which were used to open the door and have electricity in the room wasn't working optimally, so many times the lights got turned off in the room and bathroom.

A brief three days holiday in Belgrade exceeded my expectations! The Hotel is very well located in the hearth of the city canter. The staff was wonderful: helpful, great English and always ready to assist requests and just super friendly. It is a perfect spot for mid range budget stay with easy access to the street.

The mattress was a bit worn or at least not that comfortable maybe some more high quality or stiffer would have made the room perfect which overall is well equipped. Fantastic the TV speaker in the bathroom makes it perfect to listen and zoom in and out the bathroom while listening to news. If you are picky about noise the room faces the street, I did not mind but some might. There are also rooms facing the opposite side so I guess you have choice. I personally did not mind Belgrade nightlife sounds.

The staff were amazing and helpful, the location was fantastic in the center of plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and the rooms were clean

We booked a room with a sauna but the sauna was so small it could only be used by one person at a time. Also there was a big screen but there was only one seat to sit on so we could watch TV together.a small couch would be better.

The room design is nice and clean, the bed is also very confortable. The staff is polite and helpful

There was an issue with the water pomp in my room and I was not allowed to use it anymore. It was not convenient to take a shower in the spa room. Same for toilets, I had to use the public toilets. Its an issue they have to fix .... Breakfast was also very so so to me for a 4 star hotel...

because it is directly on Knez Mihajlova Street in the heart of Belgrade it can be noise ( because of some event happening ). Atera offer parking for 15 eur per day wich is a little complicated to use - because of security issues, thesame security personal has to look for other facilities around an it can happen that must wait 15 min for him to open the Parking, than there is another street gate that must be open from the Atera personal- a little bit complicated- but that's the Price being in the city centre. Great place - absolutely recommended 👌

The hotel is a modern clean hotel. very central in the city center. The welcome at the reception is very friendly

The breakfast only opened at 7:30. The choice at the buffet was limited. However could order from the card, included with the breakfast service. Preparation for breakfast took a bit too long , especially given the late opening of breakfasr

The location was FANTASTIC and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately because I had so many problems with my room I met more hotel staff than I really wanted to.

I was disappointed that there were SO MANY issues with my room. First there was no hot water so I had to take a shower in the spa area which required me to walk through the hotel in my bathrobe. Then there was no kettle. They provided one but there was no coffee/tea service or even a coffee cup. Then on my last night the power went off in my room while I was in the shower so I had to get dressed and go out to the reception area to get it corrected.

The entire staff (especially Sara, Aleksandar, Dusan, and the manager) did an exceptional job and took excellent care of me and all of my needs. I will most certainly be staying with them again and regularly moving forward. Thank you so much for everything!

the spa is not included in the room price and it is not mentioned on the site. i called before the reservation and asked about the spa and they toled me is imcluded in the room price but when i arived at the property they toled me i have to pay extra

The receptionist who worked first two days of our stay was so lovely and helpful, rooms were super clean and the location can’t be better. This place has different kinds of rooms and it can be really convenient.

The younger receptionists should pay more attention to the guests and who comes in the hotel.They have called me to check who is with me, but I was alone. Tomorrow they told us they even call police for these things so I think they should check more before doing this. The lady who worked when we arrived was so friendly and helpful, we will definitely come again, she made our stay so comfortable. 😊
