The staff was always welcoming and very helpful, they treated us as if we were their family. We got a pillow for our dog, free cutlery for food delivery, the staff told us everything about the directions, recommended good restaurants and sightseeing places, gave us recommendations about how to navigate in the city, how to pay for the public transport, etc. For each problem we had, they always had a solution, and often they even told us something important and useful before we even thought or asked about it. After the checkout, they allowed us to temporarily leave our suitcases at the hotel. When we got back, they offered us tea or coffee for free! And they also were always ready to have a chat with us, they taught us some Serbian words too. The lovely lady from the kitchen always asked us whether we had a good night sleep and wished us Bon Appétit. They also made sure that our two rooms were placed as close to each other as possible - and we got two rooms on the corner, so that we could exit from one room and immediately walk into another one, which was very convenient. And they also allowed us to check-in a little earlier. The reception also was available 24/7, and they quickly replied whenever I texted them on Whatsapp. When our flight got rescheduled, we were also able to prolong our stay in one room for 1 night for a reasonable price, no problem at all. Everybody was so nice, but there was definitely one extraordinary man that we liked the most - it was Ivan. I think he deserves a promotion :) Ivan, don't forget to text us if you go Cyprus!

The internet was a little slow sometimes, but the lovely gentlemen from the reception kindly helped me with the issue, found the root cause and proposed a suitable solution. As a result, I was able to work from the hotel and enjoy a fast Internet connection.

The fact that the Hotel has no lift was a bit disturbing for us, especially when my son is sleeping and I need to carry him up to bed. I must say that the staff helped us with the luggage but I don't recommend it for people with small children and elderly. Since the hotel is in the heart of the city, parking is expensive and the hotel does not provide free or discounted parking for her residence. Wi-fi isn't the strongest I've ever encountered but still managed to use it a bit.

The staff is very helpful and always ready to answer your questions to provide you with the most relevant information. Connecting rooms with separate bathrooms are well suited for a family stay with 2 children. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms are quite satisfactory. It is very convenient in terms of transportation to touristic areas (Knez Mihailova Street, Kalemegdan, Tesla Museum, Skadarlija, Beton Hala...) which are mostly within walking distance. Breakfast was also full of choices and beautifully presented.

Parking can be a problem for those expecting to find parking on the hotel grounds. This was not an issue for us as we were informed in advance by the hotel that parking is on another street nearby and costs 13 Euros per day. You can stop for a few minutes in front of the hotel and leave your luggage. The hotel will issue you a parking ticket and the parking fee will be included in the hotel bill. But be aware that there is always a parking problem in such a central part of Belgrade.

This is was hands down one of the top experiences I had in a hotel (and I have been in lots). The staff was super friendly, they were trying to anticipate all our needs before we even asked! The rooms were super clean and they were cleaned every day. I was blown away by Ljiljana - hotel's chef. After our breakfast, she packed for us four lunch-boxes so we get a proper lunch during our day!! Hotel is located at the city center, all famous sights are within walking distance 15-20 min. Although the street is very busy, the rooms are very well soundproofed and the noise from the cars is almost negligible. There's a big TV screen in the room offering cable TV with 100+ channels. Breakfast's quality was very high with a big variety of breakfast foods. All in all I totally recommend the hotel and if I will travel to Beograd in the future I will certainly stay at Argo again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was great.

- The staff members were of the friendliest and most helpful I have met. Would be a 10/10 even only for them. Thanks guys! - Kept our bags for the whole day after checking out (we had to leave late at night) and arranged a taxi for us (no buses for the airpost after 19.00!). - Upgraded our room for free, just beacause a better room was available. - Breakfast was excellent. - Close to the city center, big supermarket (probably working 24h, not sure) just 20secs on foot, trams/buses passing just outside the hotel. Area felt safe. - Warm room. - 24h reception.

I had a truely exceptional stay, from the moment I walked into the hotel I felt so welcomed. Being a solo traveller it was so nice to chat to the staff and get to know them and without fail every single one I encountered could not have been more kind or helpful. The rooms themselves are also great, very well appointed and excellent showers, housekeeping as well was just perfect! They even left me a small gift for my birthday which was so thoughtful! I have had the fortune to stay at some great places but this place really made a lasting impression on me, next time I am in Belgrade I can't think of anywhere else I would rather stay, Hvala!

Nothing, I can honestly say, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Probably the friendliest staff in any hotel ever, from reception to breakfast! Fresh, modern decor. Well located a 20-minute walk from Republic Square and five minutes from the airport shuttle. The Superior Double room faced two streets, but the windows and balcony door barely let any traffic noise in at all. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

The aircon/heater was quite loud, so I had to keep it off at night, which left the room quite chilly in the morning. There's no elevator, though the staff is happy to help carry your luggage up the stairs.

The staff! OMG, I've never better staff in a hotel. First of all Ljiljana! She was the best! So sweet with us and our little baby! He fell in love with her. Also, the gentleman that did our check in and then younger one that works in reception (the one that is still in uni) were absolutely amazing!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Hotel room was good and very comfortable. Location was amazing and breakfast was out of this world.

There was absolutely nothing bad, everything and everyone were amazing.

Very warm welcome from reception (special mention to Ivan); room compact but well-equipped (eg electric kettle); bathroom with large Italian shower and high-quality toiletries; very good breakfast including continental, english and serbian options; very well located on the main avenue of modern Belgrade close to the pedestrian zone, national theatre and museum, entertainment districts and bus/train stations; rather quiet given the central location

Overall, very nice! We stayed twice in this place and both times we enjoyed. The staff is friendly and helpful, happy to chat and give some guidance around the city. It was very lovely when some of the people recognized us from the previous stay :) They also been very helpful in making sure we can get a late check-out. Good location, close to the cafes, shops and in the center.

During the first stay, the room was on a corner of the building, so it had a weird shape, a bit small and with a bit difficult access to the bed. Not biggie but just need to squeeze between the wall and the bed. Also, there was something with the aircon, it was switching off after a certain period of time. Maybe we didnt figure how to use it. No conditioner was provided, only shampoo, which was nice to have any way. And the hole of the sink was not covered, so anything that dropped in there would be gone forever. Better be careful with any jewelry or small accessories around the sink. During the second stay during the morning shower the water almost stopped running for a couple of minutes. I mentioned it at the reception but as I understood there was no water disruption that morning.
