It was the best hotel I have stayed in so far. Know I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I would book this above any other hotel. Windows, good air, , sustainable, bar, Spa, Jacuzzi Every you need for a good stay.

The prices. But it was still oke. It was cheaper as in most countries. No complaints

We loved the location, just a short walk from the city center. The room was huge, with plenty of room for the 4 of us.

There was apparently requested attire for breakfast, but we were not informed about it before our stay or at our arrival. We were not the only ones who were not informed about it. On the second day, one of the waiters pointed out sandals, humiliating my wife.

Beautiful buffet breakfast and attentive staff. Exceptional room that was immaculately clean with splendid decor. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Majority of staff on reception and restaurants speak the English language which is helpful.

Rained for 2 of my 3 day stay and reception did not have sufficient umbrellas to meet our requests for one. We could purchase umbrellas from street vendors. Overwhelming tobacco smell in lobby and in other areas of the Hotel. Our freshly laundered towels also smelt of tobacco smoke. Laundry service at the Hotel outrageously expensive with limited options for extenal laundry services.

Hotel Moskva is an outstanding hotel. It provides its guests with friendly and professional staff at reception. The rooms are quiet, comforatable, elegant and restful. The breakfast is outstanding and you can eat a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries, breads and teas. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant and cafe. I always stay at Hotel Moskva when I am travelling as they also provide a great shuttle service to the airport.

I just wished I could have stayed longer so I could enjoy their facilities. It is such a restful hotel that is hard to leave the property. I also want to thank the receptionist for giving me a larger room.

Location is amazing, literraly in the ity center. Staff is really helpfull - you can see they were trained well. The hotel has history that you can almost “feel” inside. Hotel has amazing pastry shop, their “Moskva Snite” cake is famous. Bed is really good, firm matress and sellection of small and large pillows.

Rooms are rather on smaller size, so no space for amenities like ironing boards. Same goes for bathroom. Its a historic hotel - rooms are with historic furniture, so not really dated but might be not so appealing to frequent travellers.

Staying at Hotel Moskva is always a pleasure. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel reception, the bell boy and the drivers are very nice. They serve an outstanding breakfast. The dining room has a very pleasant atmosphere. While one is eating you can listen to the pianist play beautiful classical music. Thank you very much for helping my friend get a car to drive her to the airport. You all were very kind to me and I will go back in the future to stay in your lovely. Hotel

I was sad to have to have left. I would have enjoyed staying there a few more days.

Excellent location, right in the centre of the city. Superb Restaurant and a famous Cake shop! We ate afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast at the restaurant! Great ambience, lots of history and character and excellent service from the staff. Comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. Hotel is immaculately cleaned and maintained. A real gem in the city.

Not really a hotel issue, but the nearby Public car park was a bit fair away and down a very steep hill. Hotel has parking that was closer, but we didn't know.

I think this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Belgrade. It has a beautiful history and it is both lovely on the outside as well as the inside. The hotel offers it´s guests several additional services that I used and liked very much, including having transportation to and from the hotel to the airport in a comfotable German car. The buffet restaurant is outstanding and has a huge variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and dairy products. Best of all while you are eating you get the pleasure of listening to a lady or man play traditional classical piano music. The spa is also very nice and it is a great way to relax. Considering this is a 5 star hotel, I believe it is reasonably priced. I will definitely come back next time I am visiting Belgrad.

I liked everything about my stay at the hotel. I also appreciated it very much that in my first reservation they upgraded me to a very nice and large room. The second time, I had a small single room but is was also very comforable and had a great view of the river and the sunset.

Hotel Moskva is a unique hotel, with old world charm and dignity. It is a special treat to know the history of this hotel and be treated with kindness and respect. It was very pleasant to have both my breakfast and dinner and enjoy traditional piano music being played. It is a one of a kind hotel and I will definitely come back. The buffet breakfast is outstanding as are the dinner menu dishes. I was very impressed with the additional services the hotel provides including being able to be picked at the airport at a very reasonable price. Both my drivers were very nice and carried my luggage and were punctual in both dropping me off and picking me up. The masseuse is also very good. It is a great place to rest and relax. It was also very nice of the hotel management to upgrade me room.

I liked everything about this hotel. I only wish, I had had more time to spend another day there as my vacation this time was a bit too short. I will definitely go back in the future. My second room had a lovely view of the sunset.

Hotel room, all hotel employes, location, and SPA was amazing, we also had really great massage, amazing view from the room and the hotel design itself is very unique.

In all hotels around the world I ve been, water was always provided complimentary and YES everyday, especially in a higher room category. There is tea in the room, but no instant cofee. Housekeeping does not refill other items regulary as well. This little details are missing, concidering hotel range, it seems kinda greedy a bit, and a pity as hotel really has world class potential.
