First of all, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Before I booked it I found some negative reviews about the breakfast and noise so I will tell you something more about this in order that you do not have any doubt when they book this hotel. Breakfast is excellent! It is a combination of buffet and a la carte menu. From the menu, you can choose one of 5 dishes (3 kinds of egg dishes, tuna salad, or toast) + pancakes. There is unlimited coffee and drinks. You can see attached photos. With every dish you can choose different cheese, salads, meets... We stayed 4 days on the second floor, there was a bus station in front of our window, only one morning at 6 am, I heard bus noise, other nights it did not disturb us at all. The hotel is very good for couples. There is a nice spa center, it is small, but they do not allow to be more than 5 people at the moment in the spa so it is ok. We were lucky, except us, nobody was there. You should book it in advance, we booked in the morning for the evening the same day. There is a pool and two saunas. The spa costs 5 euros per person for one hour. The temperature in the pool was ok. The restaurant is placed on the last floor, a very comfortable, pleasant, and romantic place, the view is wonderful. Location - city center, 7 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. They have even wine glasses in the room, you can rarely find them in hotels. Pleasant lobby, I used it during the day for remote work. Wi-Fi is perfect, They clean the room every day. The transparent wall between the room and bathroom. There is a black curtain if you need privacy. The furniture is not new, but it is not bad. The last morning we left at 4 a.m. and we got take away pack breakfast.
There is no free parking. However, it is general problem in Belgrade, so if you want a hotel in the city center, you will have the same problem almost everywhere. The hotel has it is own parking, it is secured and costs I think 20 euros per day. However, it is 5 minute walk from the hotel so when you arrive it can be a problem where to park the car in order to register in the hotel and get permission to use their parking. You can park on the streets everywhere but is also not free, you can pay for it by sending sms (pay for one hour) and it also cost around 20 euros per day but difficult to find free space. There is some garages a 5-7 distance walk from the hotel. I parked my car for free in Shopping Mall Galeria. It is 25 minute's walk from the hotel. At the moment it is still free.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bed was really nice. The spa was great and I lived the breakfast!
This is not something I didn’t like but it could be useful to know: if you book the hotel with spa access it gives you access for one time for an hour. Additional visits/time need to be paid for. This was not clearly stated on the booking.com app.

We enjoyed the property's central location, as well as its stylish lobby and the top floor restaurant. Speaking of the latter one, the breakfast is served there with decent variety of foods and drinks (and surprisingly good coffee for a breakfast buffet). Besides our daily breakfast visits, we came back here for afternoon drinks and on one occasion for dinner (here we had the best ceasar salad ever). We were lucky enough to catch the fireworks over the Sava river that evening, while enjoying our meal and observing the city's landscape. :) The staff was also very attentive and helpful (both in the restaurant and at the reception) during our entire stay.
Sigh.. the room's card reader is problematic to say the least. After the 3rd time that it didn't read our card, we opted for a regular key at the reception desk and used that for the rest of our stay. The room felt a bit dark on the 2nd floor. The elevator is often busy as there's only one for a 7 story building and speaking of the 7th floor, one minor point for the restaurant: maybe it was a one-off, but the aperol spritz was so watery that after having one, we decided to switch to wine (which btw. turned out to be a good decision as we tasted great Serbian wines).

The food at the Mokum restaurant was very good (a little bit expensive that other restaurants in the city). The breakfast was very good. In order to avoid some confusion and to illustrate all the possibilities to combine the offers you have (the waiter was not so communicative), some photos would be helpful. For example you can order boiled eggs even they aren’t in the menu. Pay more attention to the cleaning! We didn’t like the hight temperature- 26 degrees (even if we turned it off, in the evening we find it turned on again ) and the ventilation during the nigh (very dry air in the room).
Very high temperature in the room 26 degrees and very dry air because of the ventilation. Also, from our room it can be heard some noises during the evening- night, like someone drop something on the floor. On Friday night is live music till midnight in the restaurant -7 floor and it can be heard very well from the 6 floor.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We had requested a cot for my baby, which was all set up and ready when we arrived. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely view, buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options.
The single mattress seemed to be in two pieces and was coming apart and leaning by the morning, which wasn't super comfortable and didn't seem very safe. The way the lift works is very strange and always took a long time to stop at our floor or go in the direction we needed, or was already full. Just something to be aware of if travelling with lots of luggage and can't take the stairs, as we waited 15 minutes and almost missed our transfer to the airport. It's a good location in that it's in the centre and close to the bus station, but we weren't comfortable to go walking on the street at night.

+ Great location, 10 mins walk from main bus station and from main square. Also close to many bus stops + Modern building with spacious room and comfortable bed. Good A/C + Many breakfast options
- Bathroom had some issues (toilet seat cover would not stay up properly, lack of counter space for items, faucet pressure too strong for sink, soap pump always got stuck) - While breakfast was tasty, the food was not always hot - There was no deadbolt on the door for us to lock ourselves in

Everything was perfect. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had the most amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice for all tastes and again with fabulous views of the city. We used the spa a couple of times which made our stay even more enjoyable. And the last evening of our stay we visited the hotel restaurant and had a wonderful meal. Will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Very good location, walking distance to everywhere. clean rooms. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurant has a nice view and you can enjoy it during the breakfast. The breakfast was good - you get really full even though you pick hot dishes from the menu and some cold ones like muesli, cereals, sweets are like open buffet. Overall, price-performance is good.
We chose this hotel for its spa facilities for our honeymoon. They claim it works by reservation and max 5 people but when we went there there were more than 5. They don’t check it. Turkish hamam and sauna were very small, so it may get uncomfortable when there are more people in there. Thus, we didnt want to go again, it was not very enjoyable for us. The toilet in the room was leaking water - bad for the environment, unnecessary water waste, they need to repair it. Finally, smoking is allowed in the lobby of the hotel and all the interior places in Belgrade which is horrible for nonsmokers but it’s not special for the hotel.

really great hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and cosy. We got bath robes and slippers, so were really happy. The spa area was fantastic. The lounge to rest was very nice. the internet worked well. The city was 10mins away. There are a few bit markets around. Staff at the hotel was pleasant
the keys were a nightmare. We got the key cards that didnt work, we went like 3 times downstairs just to get a huge normal key in the end. it was really inconvient as we were 3 friends and had only one key. for a 4* hotel it is a bit embarrassing.

My biggest compliments to the hotel team! I guess people working here made our stay one of the best experiences ever. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hamam (it is not too big, but very new and cosy, and 1 hour per day was enough). There is a rule of "maximum 5 people allowed" and we had to book the time slot every time. But there was always time available and most of our spa visits we were alone there! Which was very nice to have the whole spa to ourselves:) The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable. The mini bar was included into the price. And the breakfasts at the roof restaurant were very tasty. We had lunch/dinner there couple of times too. And every time it was delicious! I take time to write this review because I am very grateful for our pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place and I am definitely looking forward to come back here again.
There is nothing I didn't like.
