The staff really made my stay enjoyable. Even though they had many unlucky challenges to deal with (the elevator and air conditioning broke on the same day), they were really helpful and friendly. These people are the real strength of the hotel and they deserve thanks and recognition for their efforts. The room was clean and spacious, the hotel is very central, they arranged transport for me. I will stay here again.

Good hotel to stay for few nights! The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Location is great, right in the center. Staff is friendly and very helpful! They organized the taxi for us to take us to airport very early in the morning.

Shower has no door, so the bathroom floor gets wet easily. The plugs next to the bed didn’t work, so we had to charge our phones on the desk. We didn’t have breakfast there because we saw that it wasn’t international. Just Serbian breakfast (eggs, cold cuts, etc.), no croissant or anything sweet

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty big compared to other European hotels. It was pretty modern. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect everything is walking distance to the old city of Belgrade. Lots of restaurants around and they are very cheap and the food in most is very tasty.

There was a problem with the shower where the water were just flowing out of the shower bay. We were lacking USB ports. There is no laundry service in/by the hotel. So if you stay long term it is a problem. The balcony was very narrow and facing the roofs of the apartment building across the street, so was pretty much useless. I would not suggest to pay extra to have a balcony. Also, unless you speak Serbian, the TV is useless. AS it is not a smart TV, you cannot cast movies from you own tablet/computer, which was quite annoying.

Very nice hotel, with very kind and helpful staff. Location is great, city center- near Knez Mihajlova street. I would choose this hotel next time.

Breakfast was otherwise very good. it bothered us that you can choose one dish from the menu and not more. so there was no choice as we are used to "self servic breakfast" Sometimes that’s not enough for a 17-year-old boy and if you choose one dish more, you pay price for one more breakfast.

Brilliant location for everything in Belgrade, staff were so very helpful and very friendly, they made the stay so comfortable. The airport transfer was seamless and great value compared to what the airport taxi's charge.

Perhaps tea & coffee making kettle in the room and a 11 am checkout but that's just a suggestion.

The staff at the location was excellent and gave excellent advice about navigating throughout Belgrade. I was with a school group and the staff was most accommodating and completely professional throughout our stay. My students enjoyed their breakfast and found the rooms excellent and clean. I have nothing but the most respect and fond memories of the night staff whom exceeded all expectations I had in staying at the Hotel Marshal Garni. I cannot stress again how helpful and welcoming we felt at this hotel with its excellent staff and I would recommend it further for small groups and my own family.-- Edward Norman.

Great bathroom and very comfortable beds! Clean and really nice room! Very good location and a nice public parking/ garage (for a fee) close by.

Breakfast could be improved - limited choice and not very good quality of the food/ drinks offered.

The location is great! Close to pretty much everything, within walking distance. There is a massive city parking available for those with cars within 50 meters of the hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and looked newly renovated. Didn’t have the chance to try out the breakfast, but the restaurant looked cute. Also the staff was super kind and helped with everything!

The only thing I didn’t like was the futon bed. It was really uncomfortable and felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

Sara on reception was excellent. Always smiling and helpful and she had really good communication. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect, Right in the middle of Kalemegdan and Saint Sava Cathedral. 1 min walk away from Knez Mihailova. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. We were given rooms side by side even though we specifically requested not side by side. We sometimes spent a lot of time waiting for the main lift as it was often used by workers when it was supposed to be for hotel guests. They were very apologetic and polite about it, but it would be great if they could solve that issue in the future.

Good location, good price/value, close to best cafés and shopping streets - nice and simple hotel, clean, doesn’t feel old, plenty of channels on TV. Got hot water) bed was clean and comfy. I asked for a quiet room and they put me away from other guests. very comfortable stay all around!

sometimes there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, coming from staircase. a complimentary bottle of water would be nice (and a simple Nespresso machine or at least a kettle).
