everything was ok, just some technical things to fix in the room

some small things to fix: the shower handle has repaired veryh bad, need a more professional job: there was really difficult to tune the temperature (be careful: I quite had a water burn...) also the border to keep water in was broken, and water flood outside. the aircon does not work that much and makes weird noises...

Location of the hotel is great next to the Assembly. The building gives you a feeling that you are staying at a traditional Belgrade apartment building. The interior is modern, and comfortable.

Perhaps the coffee table is slightly too big in the living room. It was hard to get past it - but it is a nice problem to have! Overall the furniture and design was nice and modern. Ah yes, also I'd love to have access to the balcony, which had locked door from the room!

Eveeything was amazing but if you dont like a bath you need to ask for a shower room as we got a bath but prefer a shower as its quicker the bed was really comfortable as it is a memory foam mattress location was super central aswell if you go for breakfast you have to go to the restaurant over the road you got a good selection for breakfast but only served coffee for a drink so if you want a different drink you must pay separately for that

The location of the facility is great, near to the center city, also walking distance so you can see much attractions. The staff service was excellent, they welcomed us and explained everything and were polite and service oriented.

The apartments accommodation do not have very nice view. There is balcony that can be used but it looks in the middle of buildings quart and actually the privacy is limited. Also, the entrance is same for several apartments.

There is more than enough space for two people. Its interior is modernly renovated and the bed is comfortable. The building is pretty close to the city center.

The building is close to the tram so it is really noisy and everything vibrates during the day, you can hear it through the windows because they are old and not soundproof. The hallway rug was half wet because the water was leaking from the bathroom.

My experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment I booked it, hosts were super responsive, polite and friendly! The apartment itself was so beautiful, clean and comfortable! I lived in Belgrade for 5 years before moving overseas and with no doubt I can say that this is the best location in the city! Everything is super close / walking distance and if you are coming with a car there is a free public parking across the street next to the church of Saint Marco! Hosts were answering my phone calls no matter the time of the day or night! Most importantly, I was a single woman and I felt safe because in order to get into the building you need a passcode! To sum up, I would definitely recommend everyone to chose Kings Palace for their stay in Belgrade! ♥️

Reception stuff is very helpful. I ordered the shuttle ( taxi ) from hotel to airport, my picking up time was 3pm, but I reached 2:30pm. he arranged the car immediately and I didn’t need to wait until 3pm.

it’s downtown in Beograd, and my room faced on the street. there was trams were running and bit noisy. I was so tired so didn’t bother my sleep, but If you are sensitive with traffic noise, you should consider.

The accomodation was very nice and clean. It was Well equipped with all the necessary tools. The living room was nice, and the room was also fine. The host was kind and fair.

The netflix could not be changed on the TV. There was no other issue. Probably if it is a flat for more than 2 persons, there could be more plates etc. We found only two.

Considering the price/benefit balance, it is an extremely affordable and stylish room in a central location. It seems ideal for short-term stays.

The rooms are very close to the street and sound insulation is poor. For this reason, the "beep-beep-beep" sounds of traffic lights at night can wake you up every 3 minutes. We had to sleep with earplugs.

Perfect location - walking distance to the center. The breakfast is included and served in a restaurant with a beautiful view. The facilities are great - next time we must try the bathtub ;)

The rooms seem to be quite new but undone: in the bathroom here and there signs of unfinished work. Also, even though it's new, you got the feeling is used already. The drain was stuck and seems like they already knew it. Strange
