Everything was great, quiet but lively, Zorana receptionist - outstanding service, fantastic person and a great first impression of the hotel. She welcomed me on arrival in such way that little things mattered after that :), highest points for reception. Cook- really, really nice, great breakfast - everything was so tasty, another high point. Cleanliness- one more high point. Fantastic, frendly, just right personnel :)

There is nothing that I didn’t like!

Hands down, hats off to this hotel. My stay was incomparable, way way way beyond my expectations. The furniture, the design and decorations were so good put together , giving each one of the premises /be it room or reception or restaurant/ great impression of the efforts that have been put. The room was gorgeous and also spacious - bigger than expected. The breakfast was so good, I was the only one at the time I came and everything wad so fresh and smelled amazing. At the top of that lady here was so so kind and invited me to try the different dishes. The staff at the reception were so helpful, understanding and compassionate, overall down-to-earth people. You can't see that very often and it definitely leaves a good impression. Special thanks to the ladies at the morning that were in the check-in and also Zorana (Zoi 😊) who was at the evening and helped me so so much with the things that I needed. I'm so glad I came and I'm definitely coming back. I RECOMMEND

Nothing.Every single little thing was amazing

From the moment we walked in we were struck by the beauty and style of the entry/reception area. While the facade can be misleading, this hotel has style and class for miles. Then when we entered our room, again, minds blown. Exceptionally clean and strikingly modern and stylish. I don't think there was a part of the hotel that didn't impress. I'm ridiculously picky when it comes to service and aesthetics, and I was blown away. From reception to the sweet cleaning crew to the wonderful ladies making the breakfast buffet. Absolutely awesome! Speaking of which, the breakfast area welcomed us with an excellent breakfast buffet of fresh local foods both ethnic and common. A welcoming change to stale and predictable blandness that most places serve. A truly spectacular experience!!

I wish I could give even one negative mention, but I truly can't. Even when searching, as I always do, for trouble spots there were pleasantly and surprisingly none.

The rooms are spotlessly clean. Amazing room service. Nice location.

The breakfast can have a little more variety and the refill should be done quickly. Otherwise the restaurant staff is very nice

Hotel is located in one of the best parts of the town. Everything is in walking distance, but the street is small and quiet. Room was great, clean and comfortable, lots of tv channels. Breakfast is great, hot and cold. Garage is safe and underground, if you are coming with a car essential cause there is very little parking spots on the street. Staff was very helpful during our stay and you can order food online from any app.

There is a building site across the street, but it's temporary. When the new building is finished some problems with noise during the working days will disappear, and that's only affecting rooms facing the street.

The staff were friendly and provided a great service. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access to the central parts of the City I needed to access on my trip. The breakfast room is a great space and the breakfast offer was very good. The entrance to the hotel and room decor were attractive, but not exceptional.

The upstairs hall ways, which were a bit spartan and the wobbly bannister rail on the first steps in the reception area leading to the stair well up to the first floor. I felt the bannister rail could give way if I used it for support.

Everything was amazing, from the polite and kind receptionist, the clean room, the amenities, the breakfast, and the location!! everything was value for money !! Our dogs also loved their accommodation! pet friendly hotelb❤️ woof!! Definitely we will come back to Serbia to stay in this wonderful hotel! Highly recommended!! Thank you so much for making our stay in Belgrade so memorable!

The location is centrally placed with several nearby embassies, and dancing clubs, among other avenues to enjoy yourself. Very delicious Serbian breakfast including Serbian sausages and other things. Highly recommended.

None that I can think of.

The hotel is small and nice, very central. The breakfast was really good. The male receptionist on our arrival was very pleasant and helpful.

The parking is extremely narrow and at extra cost of 15 EUR. The lady who was at the reception the morning of our departure was indifferent and we had to wait some extra time until the minibar got checked for consumption, although we have declared we haven't used the service.

The location is great, with many cafes/ restaurants nearby and one block from the main road. There is some construction going on across the way but it wasn't too noisy. The room was spacious and comfortable and the interior was inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all kind and spoke English well.
