The place was very clean, new and modern. It was also quiet and had a nice terace. It is situated in a neighbourhood outside the center, which at first I thought is a disadvantage, but turned out to be really nice with cafes, restaurants and parks at a walking distance. The receptionists are very supportive. It is close to Nikola Tesla museum and Saint Sava church - both places are worth visiting.

The bathroom sink is a little too small. Unfortunatelly, there was no breakfast available at this moment. The parking is really uncomfortble, but they are coping somehow and always helping to navigate on the lot. The kitchenette is basic. For a weekend it is sufficient but if I stayed longer I would have missed a microwave, coffe machine or an electrice kettle. Overall I find these minor issues as the overall experience was very possitive.

Clean, modern and well-appointed hotel apartment with a beautiful balcony and all the amenities you need. It is situated in the Vracar district, which is a lovely residential area that’s also close to the city center. The street is quiet during the night and the public transport is nearby. What really makes this hotel stand out is the friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

There is no option to have a breakfast in the morning even though it was advertised here and on their website. They said it will be fixed from May 2023 onwards. We still loved our stay and will definitely come back!

the hotel is actually nice, clean, aparts are well furnished.

the parking is terrible for big car. (around 5m)you have only one way to go in and park in ONE spot with. The spots are tiny and not enough for all the guests so keep in mind you need to reserve the spots also. in advance is the best. it cost 12e/24h we had kinda strange situation. the lady in the reception was very rude trying to explain to me that I need to get my car out of the parking once I check out even though you pay for 24h. And even got threatened that my car will be blocked if I leave it there.

Nice small hotel. Staff was great attending all our needs. Nice idea the Al a carte menu for skipping the buffet waste at breakfast. Freshly made dishes with quality materials. On the fist day we had a bit of drama looking for a parking space to leave our car as we were driving a big van but the staff found a solution at the end

Lack of parking around the area. The breakfast options would have been more complete if there was a selection of fruits at the buffet. And some juices. No shampoo also in the rooms only shower gel for the body

Great place to stay and great value for money. Very pleasent staff. Comfortable large rooms, very warm. The room was cleaned and towels changed.every day.

The only thing that I found a bit annoying was the sound coming from a bathroom fan from another room/apartment, which when it was left on throughout the night by the guests of that room/apartment - I could hear it in my bedroom. It was not a loud noise but it was there. I am not a light sleeper so I had no issue with it. And when the guests turned it off during the night, it was completely silent. Everything else was perfect.

Location was great. Room size perfect for four. Comfortable. Kitchen facilities excellent. Easy to find, next to bus station which took us straight to the center of Beograd so we didn't need to use our car at all. The staff very very friendly and kind and always ready to assist us in any way

Small parking, if you go on weekends you don't need it, but on weekdays, be sure to reserve a spot. Breakfast was too much. I would have preferred a small bouffet

Rooms are very spacious and well furnitured and clean. The staff is very welcome and responsive. Weather was extremely hot but the room was cooled down for our arrival. There is a private parking (15 Euro per night).

Location is fairly far from historic center - 10-15 mins with public transportation. Parking is limited to 5-6 cars and is very hard to maneuver.

It's clean and in a good location. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, as it was ridiculous.. We ordered breakfast for 4 people, the cost was 20€. In one we got two boiled eggs no salt and two hot dog sausages.. other some soggy 'bruschette' reeking of garlic etc. So many nice restaurants around with great food, this was not worth 3€ all together. Also, there was a funny smell coming from the sink area. Bin or pipes, not sure.

The hotel is very new and sparklingly clean. Staff did room cleaning everyday, provided new towels, refreshed supplements without having to follow up for it. I stayed in a two bed room apartment which is compact but has everything, including a large balcony. The kitchen is good with pan and pot, with other basic things. I used it more than once, to cook my own meals. The best part of the hotel, is the staff. They are all cordial and attentive. Thanks to Alexandria, she did quick check-in, answered all my clarifications patiently and helped me to know things around. Nemanja particularly is very helpful and does fabulous job, he is always around and solves issues, and quests needs. Kudos to all of them. They will be my main reason to come back to the hotel, for my future stays in Belgrade.

Hard to mention anything really.

Beds and sheets are very comfortable and clean. You get two towels per person. Stuff is very helpful and kind. Value VS money is ok. Good accommodation for 1-2 days stay

You shouldn’t count on hairdryer, it’s very small. You get shower gel&shampoo together. Not perfectly clean (dust on shells). At backside is school so it’s very noisy in the morning on working days
