It is hard to describe all positives of this hotel. Long story short - it is the BEST what I have seen so far. I stayed there for 5 days. The atmosphere of hospitality maintained by the hotel personnel makes you feel like at home. It smells very fresh and odorous all around. Although the hotel is located in the city center, it is in very environmentally friendly zone, right on the bring of botanic garden. Beds and all furniture stuff are very comfortable. Will definitely visit this place if come back to Serbia.

This is a great hotel. I have leaved in 3 continents and traveled many countries, but the staff of this hotel was among the best and professional I have ever come across. The location is also great and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are clean and although they may not be super modern compared to hotels of big brands, they have all what one needs in order to have a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in perfect place to reach the main tourist attraction of Belgrade on foot. Nearby are great restaurants, bars and pubs of all sorts.

My room was on the corner near a main road which was noisy sometimes.

The room was most likely the best I have ever been in terms of quality over costs ratio (and I use to travel in Europe quite a bit). It was really cozy, clean, and quiet, I wish I was able to stay longer. The position was also nice and the breakfast served outdoor just in front of the botanical garden. It is really one of the best places I have ever been, and it contributed to make my stay in Belgrad one of the most pleasent trips I did in the last years.

It is hard to find something to improve. If I really have to say something, I would suggest to add a few more options for breakfast (for instance, I missed a greek yogurt), and include a cheaper transfer for the airport (30€ is a bit expensive considering that the shuttle costs just few euros and the taxi around 20€).

Location is great, very close to all the good places in the central Belgrade. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. Breakfast was decent. The staff was wonderful!

There were only two minor things: 1) we had a room on the first floor; the window there faces a back alley wall and a parking garage entrance, so not exactly a breathtaking view. 2) there was a rather funny issue in the bathroom with the shower head that would come off the wall when you ran the water unless you pushed it against the wall. The tropical shower worked fine.

It is very nice and cozy hotel. Located not far from Botanic Garden. Super clean rooms without smoking smell. I liked that there were a lot of necessaries, like a toothpaste and a toothbrush, a can of shaving cream and a single disposable razor, shower hat and so on. Hotel also provided free bottles of water every day. Staff was very friendly. Additionally, their breakfasts were delicious, very big portions! Last but not least, the pillows in this hotel were very comfortable.

I loved staying at the Botanica. I felt welcomed by all the staff. The hotel has good facilities.It is extremely clean and comfortable The staff everywhere were very helpful when I needed advice on transport, and places to visit The breakfast is great with lots of good healthy choices. Good restaurants nearby with some delicious local food I have extended my stay in Belgrade for another week because the hotel was also so suitably located (1/2 hr walk to Rebublick Square. And I do intend to stay agin when I return to Belgrade

Kettle in the room would have been good

Location is great for access to the central area with its main pedestrian boulevard and shopping area! Not quite central, actually, but within walking distance to the central Belgrade and the Kalemegdan fortress! The hotel is quite unassuming on the outside but very nice and comfortable inside! Very friendly staff and very clean and comfy rooms with a fantastic shower! The view from our room was horrible (Belgrade is unfortunately an utter ruin and it reminded us of Romania in the communist 80s!) but if you pull the curtains you can pretend you are somewhere else! One of the most pleasant surprises was the breakfast! We thought, after being presented with a drab A4 computer printed menu (and being surprised that it was an a la carte breakfast and not a swedish buffet!) that we were going to be disappointed! On the contrary: the portions were much bigger and tastier than expected! We served it on a terrace in front of the hotel and it was a very nice experience! On the whole we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel!

On the negative side there is no available parking at the hotel so be prepared to park in a nearby public garage for 10 euro/day! Of course they mention in the description that no parking is available but I really wish we had noticed the warning!

The room was very clean, comfortable and sweet. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was not in the center but within walking distance. We did not need a taxi or bus for 3 days (except Zemun). There is a market and pharmacy nearby. Our window was on the main street. Despite this, the room was quiet. Soundproofing was good. Many thanks to the Botanica Family for their wonderful hosting.

When we checked into the hotel, the sheets were very damp. Fortunately, when we came to bed in the evening, it was completely dry. Other than that, there was nothing negative.
