Room was great, fully supplied, you get towels and bathrobes and slippers, all toiletries, etc. We had a terrace even though it wasn't in the pictures. The shower is big and even has a spot to sit at. The spa was great, very enjoyable, and not too crowded, we had it for ourselves for quite a bit. Everything was clean and orderly. Spa works I think 8am-10pm, which is great. Employees were very nice.

The showery waterfally thingies from the main promo picture used everywhere were rusted away and not functional. Main door to the spa was difficult to open. Bathroom door in the room was difficult to close. All very minor things like that, but they sort of add up to being a bit frustrating.

Clean rooms, very comfortable. The price between the different types of rooms is not very great, so be careful what you are booking. The Deluxe King Room was very comfortable, quiet and roomy. The included access to Spa was also appreciated. However, you have to book massage at least a day before and it depends on the availability of the masseuse. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is supermarket next to the hotel. Breakfast is really tasty and diversified. Get it.

We spent the first night in another type of room than the one reserved and I informed the staff. Because our type of room was fully booked due to an error on their behalf, we could only change rooms the next day. However, we did not get any money back for that night (there is a price difference between the rooms), albeit the difference was not much, so I let it slide. Parking on site is limited to about 6 cars, so it is better to discuss this before arriving; price is also a bit steep: 15euros/day and is not included in your reservation.

The hotel is situated not far from the downtown but it is not a walkable distance so we had to use the car. However the hotel is pretty new, very comfortable, really good breakfast and nice pool. The personnel has been always kind and nice. The number of the parking slots are limited though so book it in advance

The elevator / cards to get to the spa. Everytime you remove the card the phone disconnects and never connects anymore. the room shaders open and close automatically. The light on the bed is too bright and cannot be dimmed

A four star boutique hotel with 5 star standard. As an ex Hilton Malta Sales & Marketing assistant I have only words of praise. Both Alexandra & Natalia at reception are very polite. The level of cleanliness is tops. Facilites are very good and open till late. Very well done. Many eateries nearby. Easy access to centre

Pool and spa-part were very well maintained, really beautiful. Room and the view from terrace amazing. New and modern furniture

The staff was lovely. The room was comfortable. The shower was huge. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast was yummy :)

The sauna did not work in the spa and the breakfast lattes were an additional price...small issues considering the rest of my experience was super!

sometimes there is a bit of smell of cigarettes. it is unusual for me when I am in Europe. it is only in the lifts and the café. I suggested some diffuser to neutralise it

Very nice hotel, extremely clean, with friendly staff. Nearby is a large shopping center with all brands and great prices. The beautiful Spa with a swimming pool really relaxed and relaxed me. Honest recommendation.
