Nice place, not so far from hotel to old city, about 7-10min by taxi, to nearest shopping ing mole about 4-5 mins by car. Rooms: comfortable, clean and fresh. Hotel personnel: really nice, all time try to help and do their best that guest stay happy. Also nice roof bar/restaurant, very nice view from top. Parking free, were available a lot of places.

For breakfast - the smoking zone should be only outside. Had really nice terrace for this porpose. Otherwise smoke filling inside eating area. As example 1 guy smoked and 6 or even more tables are empty around.

The location is perfect. Bus stop is 100 m from hotel which will take you to Trg Republike. All staffs were friendly, from the receptionist who helped me with direction and other information, breakfast attendants who always filled my flusk with hot water, roof top waiter who was very nice, shuttle drivers who were friendly, and house keeping staffs who kept the room immaculate. Food was great, both at breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Room was adequate and clean. I will surely stay here again when in Belgrade.

Nothing

Everything was exceptionally clean, tidy and smelled very nice! (I have a sensitive nose) I was on the 6th floor, the room was spacious, working desk and chair were good, the bed was super comfy. You have a free parking on site (reservation is not necessary), but they also offer a Garage which is convenient (But keep in mind that it´s a car lift, so some bigger cars wont actually fit!) It can occur that the free parking is full, where they will offer you a space in the garage, if there is one free. They also have a restaurant on the 9th floor which is really nice and serve some good food. The staff is really nice and friendly.

The parking story mentioned above. Since it can happen that both the free and the garage parking will be full, you will find a hard time to find a parking space, since the hotel is near a very busy street with no parking.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Belgrade. The staff was great, polite and the overall service was impeccable. We stayed for a night to continue our trip the next day and we made sure to stay again on our way back. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of choices. Surely a value for money here. Belgrade and the hotel itself was an overall pleasant surprise for us. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Perfectly clean and modern hotel. Quiet. Excellent shower. Breakfast with hot eggs, sausages and everything you could desire. Front desk manager Bojana was intelligent and professional. She gave good advice proactively, e. g. when I called from airport to book room and how to get there quickly, she not only told me how and what taxi to get, but how much to pay. Brilliant! And later offered good advice on dinner etc. And all in perfect English.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Very polite staff. Also very good breakfast. Easy to park in their private parking Room and bathroom were spacious and worked fine. Room was lacking fresh air. Better once you left the window open a few hours.

Weird experience at checkout. They asked if I had anything from the minibar. After I said no, they said they needed to check the room before my departure from the hotel, in case I had forgotten anything. 🤥

EV charger and they reserved the spot for us. We weren’t charged extra for parking and charging our electric car.! Very spacious room and very helpful stuff. Very nice breakfast room, and good quality and variety of items. Hotel had a parking area, and many other hotels advertised parking but they meant outside the hotel.

We had the junior suite and the bed was two singles close together. We had our two children, and they had made the room for three, because one of them was only four years old.

Nice stay for a day or two, cleaned and comfortable rooms, very good for combination quality and pricing! Highly recommended! Very cheap taxi if you order it from hotel reception and pay by card! About 7 EUR to reach any place in the city. My advice to everyone: DO NOT take a taxi for cash from Belgrade Galleria Mall to the Hotel. Pay only by card, verify your trip direction. Dishonest of some taxi drivers is still in the city :)

The location and seeing other great reviews was a helpful to make the decision to stay at your place. It is a stunning hotel!!!! The airport is still super close and no traffic at 5am to go there.

Only a minor thing, wish there would have been bette pillows. on the bed there was one design and on pillow for sleep. The pillow was sadly awful thin and did not provide the best sleep.

The rooms are clean, the parking is spacious. The stuff is extremely helpful, kind, they are always smiling. The stuff that always have a few nice word to their client! Breakfast i very nice, the restaurant, the food is also above the average, the prices are affordable. If Belgrade, then I am going only in Heritage. Note that I am a Genius level 3 traveler.

Maybe my bathroom was a bit cold. I really cannot complain anything. Okay, make the coffee free in the room :) But honestly, this is not something i disliked.
