I wanted the review to be shorter, but I have so many beautiful impressions that I still had to write everything for you. I had a reservation for one night, and I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer, because I had to catch a plane. Everything from the arrival was perfect, I quickly found the place, the girl who works at the reception Sandra explained and showed me everything. I am delighted with the hotel room, everything is neat, clean and in its place, the wi-fi is fast and works perfectly, the beds are comfortable and the towels are soft. The whole hotel is beautiful, the stairs leading down give you access to the sauna, jacuzzi, spa, salt room, massage table, hydromassage chairs. Towels, bathrobes, slippers are waiting for you. Then follows a beautiful restaurant, with lots of light, professional waiters and chefs doing everything to make your meal perfectly tasty and delivered quickly. The restaurant leads to the garden, my favorite part of all. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful environment, with lots of greenery, trees, flowers and a small babbling river. The view of the garden is simply breathtaking, wooden houses, wooden bridges and stone paths look like a fairy tale. And then going out to a huge expanse, there are pools where the water is crystal clear even though the aqua park season is over. Sunbeds, umbrellas, small wooden tables, sledding in and out of water, slides, artificial waves, tennis, soccer, basketball courts, children's park are just some of the things I saw. And this is the shortest possible description for everything that this hotel offers you. When I get some free days, I will definitely come back to try everything that I didn't get to this time. Until then, a big greeting to all the people who make this place perfect!

Rented the family suite and it was awesome! The aquapark was super fun for the kids and the whole place was just a great experience. The restaurant was also great with good food but a little expensive. Overall a fun aqua park not to far away from downtown Belgrade.

The one thing I have a remark on is their "buffet". Since my youngest kid is picky there we struggled to find something for him to eat. They had a buffet available, but only if you pay halfpension for the whole company, even though the rest of us did not want to eat from the buffet. The only thing that I could remark on at the hotel cabin is that the air conditioner was on the upper floor and was not powerful enough to reduce the temperature downstairs enough.

We had a wonderful stay, and we would have booked more days if it weren't for some personal medical issues that needed our attention. The staff was great, beginning with Teodora, the very polite receptionist, who spoke very good English. Serbians are great, friendly people, easy-going, caring, and funny. The staff here is no exception. The weather was very cold but the temperature inside was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfy. We had special requests that were met with care. It was quiet and warm and relaxing. We had breakfast and dinner, and everything was tasty and fresh. Sauna was also great, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We got free robes, towels, and slippers. And privacy.

The steam sauna did not work properly, and the water in the jacuzzi seemed like it needed to be changed. Clients smoking inside the restaurant is not pleasant, but we knew in advance this is the norm in Serbia, so we accepted it as part of the culture. The food is so good that nothing else matters.

Great, peaceful location, close to the Airport and to the city. Good food, not expensive. All complex is very impressive. Probably the best aqua park in this part of the Europe.

The accommodation was very nice overall. The rooms were comfy and cozy and very clean. The resort's facilities were great! Our dogs also had a great time. The staff was super super helpful and lovely, and overall we would want to return to experience the parks and the facilities for more than just 12 hours.

The food was not the best or even in the top (not the best, not the worse, it was average). The thing we did not expect were the amount of stray dogs and cats that were around the property. We had to be very careful with our dogs. There was also no electricity for about 3 hours in the morning, so we couldn't leave as we couldn't pay or get the car out of the parking lot (which had an electric door). I get that this was out of the control of the property.

Recommend! - 5 girls in a huge cabin of 90 mp with 2 double beds, 1 extandable sofa and 2 extandable armchairs - enjoyed the terrace - cheapper - good quality-price raport - free to use the aqua park - great slides - various breakfast - the resort looks like village with mini-houses among the alleys. Natural, green, refreshing For sure will come back :)

- you must have cash because they don't have POS at the pools - not so many "lifesavers" for slides. We had to wait a lot to get one. - take care if you are foreign because you have to call in order to open the parking gate - some improvements at the water. At the end of the day 2 of us remaind without hot water... but because it's summer we made the shower with cold water;) - the hairdryer very weak P.S. anyway I gave big score because these are details

We loved the place and we loved the staff! Serbians are wonderful people! The quiet area, the clean room, the perfectly white bed sheets, the easy accommodation, and the bright spirit of the staff. It was all very good. The management went the extra mile to fulfill our every request. Everything worked properly. The cleaning staff is very good at their job. The waiters are so nice and funny. The food is great, and the buffet breakfast is perfect for an eastern European. Many choices. The Spa Center is beautiful and quiet.

We stayed in the superior one bedroom suite which are cute log cabins farthest away (few minutes walk) from the spa and reception. When I was booking, I tried figuring out what was the closest but in the end, since there was a wedding with loud music, I was glad to be farther away where it was quiet. The studios are in between the reception and spa/restaurant area if you are looking for what is closest. Even though everything wasn’t perfect with our stay, we had to wait 30 min for the room to be ready, the shower head wasn’t working, cups were missing… the staff were very kind, professional, and our requests were promptly addressed. For these reasons, I chose to give them a 10. You can tell they are trying to maintain a standard. I would stay here again. I hope that they continue to maintain a high standard.

Second time we visit this amazing resort. The studio room this time was little uncomfortable and smelt from cigarettes (i wanted room without that smelts) My dog was welcome (i was little afraid of big black dog on the property which attack other dogs there which ones was friendly) and many parking spots for the car. I wanted enjoyed pools and tobogans, but was storm and raining so we cant do anything and we go visit Beograde (40minutes by car) and my dog stayed in room all the time. Sure i reccomended this place for anyone, because the breakfast is amazing.

Everything was perfect! Our studio room was amazing, clean with climatization and beautiful gardens around. Stray dogs are many here too but not problem with them at all and my dog (border collie FCI) was friend with everybody and welcomed by hotel. I wish I have more time to stay here for more long but we must move on by car to other country (lot of parking for car outside of hotel). Amazing BUFET FOOD with lot of variaty. Sure if I came back to Belegrad I stay here again

Everything perfect! In trash can just put plastic bag I am not comfortable tu put inside and to make it dirty all Door of room sometimes was hard to close
