we spend 2 night in the hotel with a group of friends. the staff was really helpfull with anything. They answered all of our questions regarding both the hotel and the city. I don't think the city center is in a location to walk from the hotel however bus stations is really near and there is taxi (however, I must warn about the taxi prices. They can be really expensive.). It would be logical to stay with a group of friends. The breakfast was adequate. Hotel was clean and silent.

We stayed in a room with four beds however the room was (probably) originally designed for 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The hotel provided us with 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the same size of room. It was not a problem for us but may be it could be a problem for other travellers.

Receptionists, cleaning lady, younger girl at restaurant all really nice. The location great for us, not close to center, but we were guests at BIG mall, so roght behind corner. Spacious two qieen beds, nice fit for 2 grown ups and 2 small children.

Soundproofing which is almost non existent, people leaving their room on the same floor at 6 a.m. sounded like we were walking through our room. Though the breakfast was fresh, nice and sufficient, beware of the lady in charge for it, very short tempered and "happy with her job". Don't count on finding easy parking, although the hotel has one of it's own, but that is a hot problem in whole Belgrade nowadays.

Clean location and big room with everything you need. Nice personnel. Free parking very close to the entrance.

The rooms are not cosy, we had a room decorated in black and red, so not a welcoming one. The pillows were not good and the bed was not what I expected. There is something wrong with the bathroom door of room 504...is very noisy... The breakfast was good, but I expected more variaty for fruits (we had only apples) and for something sweet: there were some gingerbread, that's all...some mini croissants or another pastry would be great...

The hotel is new and the room size and bathroom were satisfactory. Also, the location is good and there is a free parking space for the hotel guests.

Unfortunately, we found trash under one of the beds (beer cans, candy wraps...) in our room. The trash was cleaned up after we alerted the receptionists, but still the initial impression was not so good. The breakfast was also pretty basic, but it wasn't bad.

Close to the center and some cultural attractions. Spacious room, enough for a family with two kids. The beds are comfortable for a nice sleep.

The beds are not classic ones, but a mattress on top of a mattress, and the bedding is not adequate for such a bed. A newer set of towels and bed linen would be desirable, but all in all, satisfactory.

The staff was great, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

There was a problem with the aircondition which was very loud, it wasn't possible to sleep with it in the room, but the staff was very helpful and gave us a 2nd room, which also had loud aircondition, but not as much as it was in the 1st room.

Good location, quiet and clean. Modern wide apartments. Sofa is comfortable to sleep. Free parking. Close to great local restaurant Vidovdan and to Big shopping mall.

Internet connection is not stable, and massage chair didnt worked for us.

The hotel is in a quiet location, with its own parking. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The apartment was very spacious. In general, we were delighted with everything!

The small parking was the only bad side, so sometimes there wasn't a free space.

although the breakfast was delicious and opulent, the range of options could be improved (more yogurt offerings, more cereals and oatmeal, etc)

Good staff, clean big room. In general good hotel.

We expected more from 4 star (actually it was maybe 3 star) hotel. I mean, we didn't need it but I expected to have slippers, some waters for free in room etc .. simply higher standard. Also for breakfast, I would expect wider offer, but to be honest, we were out of season. So these are reasons why I did not give higher rating, not beacuse of missing anything, but 4 stars have different standard in different country.
