The bed was comfortable, the staff was great, hot water throughout the day, close to a mall and kruger phabeni gate.

Couldn't call for room service, had to walk and go order at the reception all the time then someone will come and deliver the food in my room. Also there was noise from the next lodge, loud music on my last day of stay. No bins outside, wifi could be better and lastly i know its highly unlikely that anything can be done regarding the rooms being stand alones but you could hear people walking from the next room while sleeping since the rooms are built with planks".

10 minutes to Phabeni gate. The picture was accurate. Each unit is side by side unit. No one was in the room next to us, so I can't tell you how sound proof this is. The bathrooms are the common wall. It's actually an efficient layout. Inside I did not hear the trucks passing on main road. Parking in front of each unit. The compound is totally electric fenced and has 24 hour gate monitor. We had a kettle for boiling water. No mugs or coffee but we carry both. A small fridge. Comfortable bed with good pillows and clean linen. Plenty on demand hot water and preasure. A small convince store on site. We were coming from a day on panderamic rd and came through downtown Hazyview with a huge shopping mall and eateries. Perfect for a night!

We did not experience any negative.... true a short dirt rd in need of grading to entrance, but easily do able with our little car. Gets you ready for Kruger park roads. Lol

The location was great. I noticed some reviews were concerned about this, but for no reason. The entire property is surrounded by electric fence and the "dirt road" is a 200m perfectly fine dirt road. It is 5 min away from Phabeni gate, if that much. Clean, comfortable and very underrated. I loved it.

If you are expecting a lodge, this ain't it. But safe, convenient accommodation at a very affordable price - this is where to stay.

We as a family found everything to be more than good. The staff especially the lady at the reception desk was outstanding and nothing was too much for her to do. we had a meal on the Saturday night and that too was good and portions were good. Friendliness and efficacy all round including the security guard at the gate. I would definitely recommend sleep over accommodation to anybody. It is extremely affordable and extremely clean

The place is very good, one day is not enough at all.

We booked two houses, when we arrived, we found one key, they couldn't find the key for the other room. After some time, the security gave us. While we were sleeping, some guest checked in our rooms Luckly i was awake because of the noise and told them they should go to the security. I guess there was a mis communication but i will go there again, i loved the place.

Oh my goodness the place was amazing!!!🥹went there with my husband for his birthday celebration. Super clean, room service every single day, very quiet and serene. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very affordable as well, you definitely won’t break the bank! The property is very close to a shopping centre which is great! I loved loved the place, will definitely come back.

Clean,comfortable and convenient use of space. The staff was friendly and it's also affordable. I would recommend the place to others.

Can improve on guest management. On entering the property,tneres a aign againat loud music so when some guests played loud music from their car whilst sitting outside. I was advised.by staff that they would switch off music at 12pm. The guests switched it off 10pm so from. 7 to then, we couldn't rest.

The place very clean, comfortable bed with white clean linen. Esther, The lady at reception was so welcoming.... She even escorts me to the room

I checked in around 18:00 however my room was not prepared.... Mirror in the bathroom is too high There is no TV thou it was not a big deal, because I left early everyday for attraction, really there was no time for TV Please include microwave and chair

Location is the best! 5 minutes away from the Phabeni Gate to Kruger and 10 minutes away from the shopping centers. Rooms were super clean and comfy.

I wish they would pave the road to the entrance, unless you have an SUV, you have to drive carefully, especially in rainy weather. There are a lot of potholes in that sand road.
