A very attractive and comfortable flatlet with lovely, artistic touches and attention to detail. Very conveniently situated with easy access to walks in the koppie over-looking the village and into the interesting places in the town. Sandra was a friendly hostess who gave good advice about the area and places to visit.

The kitchenette is rather basic and we would have enjoyed a small air-frier or a microwave with a convection function to heat food not suitable for microwave heating.

Loved the quieter street this guest house was located in - but still being literally a block down the main road and all the amenities like coffee shops and shops you could mooch around in. The guest house was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. Sandy went out her way to make sure we were happy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to guests. I for one will definitely be back.. :)

The yogurt and muesli and rusks provided were delicious ! And the carafe of old brown sherry was such a treat as the afternoon chill set in ! Nothing to not like ... Everything was perfect !

Karoo Chat is a great stay with everything you need to be comfortable. Sandra is a great host who made us feel at home.

Whilst the amenities are great, there isnt much of a view. And in a place as beautiful as Prince Albert, it would have been amazing to make a fire and have a sundowner with a view over the mountains or town.

Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It is rare to find a place with decent pillows, but this is one. Some thoughtful touches such as rusks, yogurt and muesli for snacking on. Solar power makes thing so much easier. Perfect one night stay, but with so many excellent restaurants, we could have stayed another night if we'd been able to stay the weekend.

We had the most glorious time at this truly Karoo style stay. Karoo luxury at it's best! Our host is so friendly and has the most welcoming smile. The milk and yoghurt in fridge was absolutely divine. It was from a local dairy, Gay's Dairy. Wish we had more time to visit the dairy - next time.

Really pleasant stay with very nice owner. The small breakfast on offer with coffee was 'n nice bonus. One of the best value for money stays we have had. Perfect for an overnight stay with all the basic needs. Would definitely recommend and would like to visit again.

It is self-catering but the coffee, rusks, muesli and yoghurt was more than enough and of an exceptional quality. the comfort level was very high, and all appliances was of good quality and easy to use. parking was in a very safe location.

We liked everything! Sandra's place is so clean, stylish and cozy, we didn't want to leave. Thank you for the extras, lovely muesli, yoghurt, milk, teas and coffee. Our first choice in Prince Albert - always.

A separate suite (room, kitchen, bathroom) in a nice, historical cottage, tastefully and with love furnished and equipped, kind, helpful host, milk, yogurt, water in the fridge, liqueur with glasses on the kitchen table, etc. everything like new, the best accommodation during my trip.
