We are so glad we stayed in the IP boutique hotel in Itaewon. It is the perfect location in Seoul, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the Leeum museum and the Blue Square. 2 subway stations are also nearby as well as many buses. We loved the designer decor and the staff was very helpful. We asked to change room when we arrived as while our initial room was large and freshly decorated, it did not get much daylight as it faced a wall. So we swapped it for a slightly smaller bedroom in need of repainting for a better view to the street and daylight. Our room was on the third floor, I would recommend asking for a higher floor room with view:) Overall we stayed seven nights and would return without hesitation. Comfy bed and pillows, very clean and inspiring decor!

Modern big rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good location for Itaewon party goers. Lovely reception area.

Based on the 6th floor and we could hear the music/bass from the hotel nightclub. Not great if you want quiet. The mirror entrance/bathroom doesn’t provide enough privacy. A bit of a walk to the nearest Metro.

The Boutique vibe is really nice. It is a great place to stay in a brilliant location. Plenty of shops around you with a 24 hour EMart just a few footsteps away. It’s sat in between 2 main Subway Stations and just minutes walk away from the main tourist bar and shop area. Room was comfortable and clean with replenished water and coffee daily. If you want a great price base for a hotel this one is worth considering. I will go back.

Lack of bar facilities on site. Deluxe Rooms have a glass wall so no privacy, however, there is a curtain to pull across so you can have it just a little strange.

Location was perfect for us as there were lots of halal places to eat nearby. Also, within walking distance to itaewon train station which was very convenient. Location was interesting because, to the left there were the hip, designer kind of shops, to the right were the pubs, nightclubs mostly for young adults, lots of eating places, behind the hotel, were the arty scene, with the cool Leeum museum and some higher priced restaurants and in front were more residential area with two local supermarkets. NOTE: you have to walk about 5-10 mins to these places. And these areas can have a lot of steep slopes. A shout out to Andrew at the reception - for being extremely helpful. Took time to research and call some places for us. Thank you Andrew!

We (3 people) stayed 7 nights in a deluxe room for 3 people - one double bed and one single with 4 pillows provided. Requested for an extra pillow. They said they don't provide and don't have extra pillow. Disappointing as the pillows were rather soft.

The room was cool and quite big! The view was also amazing since we could see the Seoul Tower, mountains and houses. The A/C worked perfectly 24/7, even when not in the room. It was nice to come back to a cool room from the heat. The breakfast was excellent; it was great to be able to order from a menu. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff was wonderful! Our cleaning lady was also lovely! The hotel is close to the subway which is convenient.

The rooms require refurbishment, especially the rugs should be changed. The staff at the front desk was doing the bare minimum and could have been more helpful. Itaewon was not our favourite location.

Great room with a view of lotte tower (altough there is smog about 50% of the time in Seoul). The hotel is close to Itaewon station (line 5) and easly reachable. If you want to go out in Itaewon this hotel is very close to the nightlife. You can also explore Seoul from here, just know that it is not in the center of everything, but you will still have reasonable commute times (considering it is Seoul)

If you are very susceptible to noise you might have a small issue in the morning. You can hear traffic from the room but it is not very loud. For us it was fine.

The hotel is in a great place in Itaewon if you are looking for good night life. Restaurants, bars and. clubs are within walking distance. Attractions are a short taxi ride away. The hotel, itself, is great. The lobby is inviting and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I think that I got the room with the best view (room 1213)... thank you. :). Noise wise was minimal for me. It definitely didn't keep me awake and I hardly noticed it. I would not even mention it. The only reason I am bringing this up it's because of other reviews. The entire hotel staff was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! The front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful. It didn't matter whether it was the morning, afternoon, or night shift, everyone was SO GREAT! They helped me in getting taxis to and from places and gave great recommendations as to where to eat. HUGE kuddos and much appreciation to all of them. They were all a class act! This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I visit Seoul again; and I will recommend to all of my friends who are looking for a similar vibe.

There was nothing for me not to like.

The room is quite spacious, as it is winter time, the heater works nicely and they have a separate air purifier which is very good. There is a closed pocket balcony which has amazing view of lotte tower and the streets of Itaewon which is so nice to look. The toilet seat is automatic with a heater and has a built-in bidet. The bath tub is nice as you can relax after a long day of walking in Seoul. They have a full height mirror which is nice to check your OOTD before going out. the place is nearby Itaewon station and nearby halal food. some food establishments are 24hrs so it is very good location. We will book again in this hotel when we visit Seoul.

There is not enough exhaust in the toilet, so at some point, it will be stuffy especially when you are using hot water. Please add an exhaust fan on top with ample suction. The toilet walls are made of glass, so when you prefer sleeping without lights, and someone goes the toilet, it brightens the whole room.

Location is the most important. On the main road. Few minutes walk from the subway (M). For Muslim it is easy a lot of Halal food restaurant around this area. Close to the mosque too. I love the lobby give me such a Wow Factor!. Room very spacious with the price that i pay and it is Itaweon so i was expecting the room lot smaller but i was wrong. I love the vibe and the design of this hotel and inside the room. Nice coffee machine they provide. I love this hotel so much the best hotel i've been staying in Korea. Good shower, separate with the toilet. Highly recommended.
