The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city 10 mins walk from the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife were on the way. We felt safe walking from A to B. Hotel was modern clean and well air conditioned, there were black out blinds and air con in the room, the bed was large and very comfortable, empty fridge was great to keep water and snacks cold during our stay as it was July and the temperatures were high. Couldn’t hear any noise from the city, we got a great rest.

We were staying 5 nights in the hotel and the sheets were never changed. The room was freshened up and beds made but the sheets themselves were never changed. Given it was July it was very hot, we were coming from the beach and so naturally you’ve got sand and sun cream on everything. The bedsheets should be changed if they’re dirty. The room and bathroom were very small, they’re wasn’t much room for our bags and to have a shower comfortably. The trip was a honeymoon stay which I had mentioned at the booking. It might be nice for your guests in future to make more of an effort if they’re staying for their honeymoon for several nights for e.g. more than just a card and 4 chocolates and maybe a nicer room. Shame there isn’t a pool in the hotel also

The hotel is clean , the bed very confortable , the most important in the summer , the Air Condition working super !!! , the Breakfast very good , location is the best , you do not need a car , every thing is within walking distance , shops , tram , buses , 07 minutes walking to the port of Alicante and 10 minutes walk to the beach .

The shower is good with good water pressure but all the water goes outside shower cubicle splashing outside because the floor bathroom is flat with open shower cubicle , so we have to put always towels on the floor to stop the water coming out the shower , for the 04 star hotel , they should do something about it , otherwise every thing else was perfect .

Room was excellent with high standard of facilities. Consumables from Oi Market provided a great choice and value for money. Brilliant choice for breakfast to suit all tastes and the location was at the top end of the buzzing centre with plenty of shopping, wine bars and restaurants but within walkable distance to the promenade and beach. Airport bus left you pretty close to hotel.

that the fridge was locked in the room as we were going home the next day and had brought some water etc with us. We didnt pre order but you could order wine and beer, etc from reception. Next time we will pre order or ask at reception to have the fridge unlocked.

The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is very well situated for all parts of the city although the bus station is about a 30 minute walk. The Mercado tram stop is very close by and the bus stop for the airport bus is just across the main road. There was brilliant aircon and the wifi was good.

The room (604) only had a small window in the corner, which just looked out on to other rooms so the curtain had to be kept drawn for most of the time.

One thing that bothered us is that I have booked the hotel with breakfast included and when I asked at reception the man stated that breakfast wasn't included in our stay. I didn't question it then....I have only noticed on our check out room cards have stated breakfast is included. So we missed out on breakfast and overpaid by eating out. Also staff were not always friendly and I do speak Spanish but they reluctantly would converse in English in a hotel for tourists. Room a lot smaller than expected During shower all the water was coming out the shower flooding it which wasn't great as had to put a towel on the floor. Otherwise would stay again.

Lovely location, beach was a 15 min walk, so much food choice in the area and it was affordable.. Excellent breakfast too. Staff were lovely from reception, to cleaning service and the ladies who cooked breakfast. All amazing people.

The Samsung TV didn't connect to the Internet so we couldn't cast our phones to watch stuff. Also there wasn't a tea/coffee service in the room. These are very little things to be honest, but worth mentioning, as other hotels we have visited has had these options.

Our room was a large twin. It was well presented and cleaned to a high standard. The bathroom was excellent and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The mattresses (twin) were very firm and towards the end of our stay. we had joint and back ache.

The breakfast was great. The AC in the room was great The staff at the reception were knowledgeable and helpful. The location of the hotel was central and very close to the Mercado, trains and buses.

The furniture on the terrace was the simplest you can imagine. A couple of real sun chairs would have been appropriate and also that you could dry some clothes easily on the terrace such as swimming trunks.

Comfortable hotel in the center of Alicante. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff. The room was very quiet (didn't face the street). Easy walking to bars, restaurants, the promenade and the marina. Very clean.

Parking in the center of the city isn't cheap but there's a discount through the hotel. The room is small but adequate for 1 -2 nights.

The location is perfect to explore the city and to go to the beach. The breakfast is great with a lot of choices and fresh fruits. Room was clean. Quiet although very central.

There was no water provided in the room. I found it strange for the hotel standards and the price not to have at least a small bottle of water!
