Very spacious and well equipped. Lovely to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Nice to have shower gel in the bathrooms too. Air conditioning was superb and so we're the window blinds.

The only recommendations we would make is to have larger mugs/cups for the coffee or tea Also, I think the description of the appartment should emphasise that the terrace is on the rooftop. We were under the allusion it was attached to our appartment and it may have influenced us choosing it. We were only there for 4 nights so we didn't mind and we were very happy with the appartment

Very cosy appartment, big kitchen. Close to both train station and the sea. Practical for children. Very kind personnel. If you come after opening hours, you will get very clear description of who to reach the appartment. We warmly recommend!

apartment was in a good central location, close to many restaurants, bars and shops. it is about a 10-15 min walk through pleasant streets to get to the harbour sea front area. two double bedrooms both with their own bathroom which suited us well as 2 couples travelling. the apartment wasn’t ready for us to check in at 3pm but the lady working there (Andrina?) took our number and rang us to let us know when we could access it, and allowed us to check out an hour later to compensate, which we appreciated. small roof terrace with sun loungers was available for shared use.

the smaller of the 2 bedrooms had very little storage space and no bedside tables, and there were no shelves at all in the bathroom. staying for 4 nights meant all toiletries had to be kept on the floor which was quite a pain! for 40 or 50 euros a trip to ikea for a couple of small tables and some shelves would make all the difference for very little effort! a couple of the blinds were broken in the lounge area, which again could be fixed very easily. with these small updates it would have made the overall experience so much more comfortable. it is fairly noisy at night as street cleaning, dustbin collections seem to take place at 3am! and Friday night was very noisy with people out late, but overall we were very happy with the location.

The location was quiet but in walking distance of everything (shops, bars, restaurants, sites, Mercado, tram station). The apartment was large, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed.

The stairs are a bit of a death trap. There's several sections that don't activate the motion-sensor lighting. Take the elevator or use your phone's flashlight. I almost fell 3 times because I didn't want to take the elevator down from the second floor.

The apartment was exceptional and I will definitely be back if I return to Alicante. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfectly in the center of town. I highly recommend this apartment as it’s very clean and modern. The Air Con works perfectly and isn’t too loud either. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances as well as an iron and hair dryer too. The roof terrace is a decent size and is lovely to sit in the evening times as it has deck chairs and sun loungers. On top of everything else I found it very affordable for the location.

No cons at all!

Fantastic location in central Alicante. Plenty of shops, restaurants, night life. Apartments are spacious, clean and give you the flexibility to do what you want. Thank goodness for air conditioning too! The team are friendly and helpful. It's our go-to whenever we go to Alicante

Nothing. One small suggestion would be to have a roll of kitchen towel in the cupboard alongside the bin bags and extra toilet roll. Just in case of spills before you can get to the shops.

The location is excellent, everything is close by

Super nice apartment in a central location. Very friendly staff at reception desk. Room has everything you need. From cuttlery to washing and drying machine - reception provided with washing powder at request. Super fast communication in case of questions of problems

Someone was smoking in one of the apartments, so we had cigarette smell in one of our bathrooms (via ventilation probably) and in the gate. But the receptionist handled the issue quickly.

The place is renovated to a good standard, and the location is exceptional, close to the beach, Central Market, and all the beauty of Alicante, with so many bars and restaurants nearby, the apartment was spacious with 3 air conditioning, 2 bathrooms were decent and clean, Kitchen, washing machine and fridge were very useful, few supermarkets nearby, the manager is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Alicante Center Apart is a good location for families who want to enjoy a beautiful holiday. We stayed on the 4th floor and at night it was peaceful and no noise from outside the building. The location is perfect and I give it 10 out of 10. Walking distance to almost everything Alicante has to offer. The beautiful tram station is only 2 minutes walk that in 10 minutes, takes you to the plaza mar shopping center. The beach is a 5-minute walk and the famous promenade is a 2_3 minutes walk. There are lots of nice places to eat and enjoy the nightlife. I should also say that the neighborhood is a good neighborhood and the apartment is very safe. We will be staying at this place in the near future.

Everything was perfect

proximity to center of activities in Alicante and quick access to many facilities including tram and train access to many restaurants and Tapas ( excluding those which had nothing to do with the Spanish cultural background !) cleanliness of the streets

unlucky ! poor weather! one of the coldest week in the Alicante's year ...we were told we hit one of the worse week no rain really but cold and windy but still sunny !
