Rooms was Clean. All furniture in good condition, even the Silikon Joints in the bathroom. Personal was really nice and helpful, with questions. Even when i changed the Hotel, because i booked again but the wrong size of room, they accepted cancelation without commission, thanks again for that:) The room was fresh, Clean. Really good Strong waterpressure in the shower. Enough space in a Double bed room. The Location was good, 1 Minute from the Mercado, and 5 Minutes by feet to Bars, Restaurant. Shower stuff which was a lot haha

As in Most Hotels the hairdryer, which is hotellike. I prefer Strong ones. The missing View. The breakfast was quite Boring. Coffee from the Maschine, and I missed fresh pressed orangejuice, but they had tasty yoghurt and a already preparated Sandwiches.

We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again. The location is brilliant, the airport bus stops almost outside and it is located at the top of the main street which leads down to the front, so only 10 mins walk to the beach, the old town. The hotel is a small city type hotel but was very quiet, no noisy guests. The staff are very helpful. We had room 701 on the top floor overlooking the street which we loved. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, no hot food as such, although there was a toaster and they did have a microwave behind the bar but plenty of choice. We would definitely recommend staying here.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the actual room although there are facilities in reception and you can hire a kettle which we only found out when we arrived. We actually took our own kettle so it wasnt a major problem.

Good location on the high street between Mercado and Luceros. The staff is amazing, available 24/7, easy to offer extra favours for no extra cost. The place is spotless, smells nice and well maintained. Our room was spacious and soundproof, had air conditioner, fridge, clean towels & beddings, hair dryer, desk, safe, toiletries, ample wardrobe.

I liked that room, it was clean and had everything you need. The staff was also very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and with many options. The location was also very practical, in walking distance to everything you would want to visit: the beach, Santa Barbara, the train station, shops, restaurants etc. I really recommend La City Mercado!

Very central location and very clean the hotel is good for a few days stay. There was no unexpected charges on arrival there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but free nespresso coffee and tea available in reception between 1400 to 0700 between 0700 to 1400 there is a café bar

I had a room on the front hotel facing the main road it was very noisy at night it didn't stop

Super central location, within easy reach of the old town, central market, the marina, but also the tram to reach beaches and airport. Personnel was fantastic, answered quickly to every request. Room was small, but super clean, comfortable beds. A little noisy, from the street traffic below, but not too bad.

Excellent location for a city break. Right next to the old town and restaurants and on the C6 airport bus route. Exceptionally clean, really comfortable bed with great black out blinds for that afternoon siesta. Rooms are plenty big enough with good shower and a fridge and a safe box. Buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely perfect for us and will definitely use again.

Only down side was comfort of the mattress. It was too firm for both, with more comfortable mattress hotelwould be perfect.
