The property was lovely. The room was large, spotlessly clean, and had been decorated beautifully for our anniversary celebration. We had a complimentary bottle of Cava and water, and there was everything there that you could have wished for. It is also in a fab location.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water at all for the hot tub. We had the tap turned in the correct direction (to the right) for hot water, but there was none. This did spoil our stay as we had booked the room specifically for this feature. However, on communicating with the Hotel, they have given us a generous offer to stay some other time in one of their rooms. We were happy with their resolution.

Very good/convenient location. A short walk to harbour, train station, beach etc. The front rooms overlook plaza Miro, the rear rooms look onto the pedestrian toadstool street, so quiet overnight. It was spacious accommodation. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The spa bath was a pleasantly indulgent treat that is the selling point. Good communication with the hosts, although no face to face contact. The electronic entry worked easily with their instructions but you need WhatsApp and data. The small bottle of cava and bottle of water was a nice touch.

This isn't an apartment where you can self-cater, although it appears so on photos. The kitchen is empty except for a few glasses,plates & cutlery. There is a microwave but nothing to use in it. There is no kettle or mugs to make a drink. The fridge is pre-filled as a mini-bar with a price-list. This is fine if it meets your needs, and expectations. The lift was useful but very small.

The apartment/room is in a great location very close to the sea front and to lots of restaurants. The room was a good size with a decent bathroom and shower, and was cleaned immaculately every day. The unmanned check in process worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. There was a great cafe for breakfast right beside the apartment building.

The interior of the room and the bathroom felt a little dated, although it all functioned perfectly well. There was nowhere to leave your luggage after checking out at 12 (something most hotels would offer)

The room was very light and big. The bed and the hottub were amazing. The room got cleaned every day and we got fresh towels which was great to come back to after a day in the city. Location couldn't be better. Close to the boulevard, beach, centre, restaurants. We got instructions to self check-in which was easy. 100% recommend.

Shower was OK. It got cleaned up every day but still there were a lot of ants so it's better not to leave your toothbrush in the bathroom.

A stay in Alicante just a step away, from art nouveau fountain with grand trees which in the wind do sway. Amidst the cocktail bars, the clubs and the city of old, You find yourself in the very centre of this city built in gold. And in comfort, bubbles on your toes, Out the window can you see how the city rhythm flows. And just in case the sweetness goes to fast, The candles lit, and sparkles in your glass, Will make the memory last.

We loved the location and the bed was super comfortable. We worried about getting in as it was totally electronic, but turned out to be easy.

The jacuzzi was a disappointment. When we turned the jets on, debris came out so we didn't use it, this was the selling point so should be super clean. The owner said it was because we didn't fill it above the jets and allowed air in but we had done that. Such a shame.

Perfect apartment in the centre of Alicante. The apartment is in a perfect location- there are tonnes of restaurants and bars right on the door step and only a five min walk to the beach. The apartment is really spacious and we loved that there was daily cleaning too! Really appreciated the little bottle of Cava they leave, it’s a nice touch!

Great central location easy to walk around. Clean, modern appartment, comfortable bed. The check-in was all electronic and worked well. They gave good instructions via "WhatsApp".

Could have done with tea making facilities. Being in the city center made for a noisy night at time. If I stayed again I would ask for an appartment higher up the building. We were on the 1st floor.

loved the bed, so comfortable, the AC was perfect and the hot tub amazing. location fabulous and cafe downstairs does delicious coffee. our Liaison with staff was excellent, efficient and very helpful.

it was very peaceful and quiet with the exception of one night. The guests upstairs made a lot of noise and the floor between us did not provide sound proof barrier. They sounded like they were enjoying themselves and were wide awake, unfortunately so were we.

The spa is nice, very good. They offered a little bottle of cava with water. Looks clean. Good place and nice to have a romantic weekend.

The lift is very little and we didn't feel comfortable to use it. The little table was very damaged and this is the first thing I saw when I enter in the room ( it should be changed..). The room is nice but we can see the didn't get the best furniture due to the damages we saw. ( Shower, table, bath??)
