Great location. Luxury modern interior. Room was very well equipped and had great views of both the marina and the castle. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable and blackout shutters and curtains were very effective. I slept better than at home! Staff were really helpful, I went for an amazing massage locally following a recommendation from the lovely lady on reception.

This is a minor niggle of mine, but the minibar fridge wasn’t cold so I couldn’t store fresh milk for my cups of tea. I did mention this at reception, but it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Very clean room which was serviced every day to a good standard. Can't fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel, really good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great to explore the city. The air con in the room was good and the location is central but without restaurants below so it's still relatively quiet at night to sleep. The room had a coffee machine, robes, fresh towels every day and a small balcony.

Good hotel, only let down by the lack of bar/common areas and lack of pool (which obviousiv we knew before booking). There is a strange mezzanine lounge area but this has no bar and felt a little like an airport waiting area rather than somewhere you would want to sit and relax. We stayed 4 nights and not once did we see anyone use this space. Only downside to the room was the need to constantly take empty water jars down to reception to get them refilled. A more generous system could be put in place where you are given more than 1 water jar and you can get a replacement without exchanging the empty jar.

Very nice and helpful staff, the service was really good. Got upgraded us to a superior room with sea view and balcony. Very comfortable room with thick windows to have perfect quietness. Very central location, close to everything. Nice continental breakfast.

The minibar is empty, it would have been nice to have a selection of drinks easily available for purchase. Internet was not very strong in the room for business video calls, but enough for basic usage.

The breakfast was good, fresh and a good choice (unfortunately not the fried eggs - they where soaked in fat). But, sorry, it is not really worth the amount we had to pay for the buffet. And if you have an early flight as we did, the restaurant opens only at 7:30, which is late :(

We expected to find a spa somewhere in the hotel after strolling through your website, and where a little bit disappointed, there was no such thing. The rooms are also quit small for the price, but comfortable.

Stylish art deco decor, beautifully furnished rooms, sparkling clean. Friendly and attentive staff. The sea view room with wrap around balcony was stunning. Appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. Great location right on the promenade and overlooking the marina

A little noisy in the city as it was Saturday night, but to be expected during the busy summer season in Spain and not the fault of the hotel. We took earplugs and that did the trick.

Loved everything about this hotel - lovely building in a great location, luxurious decor and we enjoyed having breakfast in the sun terrace. When our flights were cancelled at the last minute the hotel were hugely helpful in rearranging our dates; thank you! Special mention to the lovely lady on reception who helped us secure a great dinner reservation on Sat 24th September; we would have been wandering the streets without your help!

The people at the hotel where spot on. They made it exquisit. The breakfast was one of the best ones. The location near the beach (and towel service) and all the shops was perfect.

Well its a boutique hotel so expect some nice designs but the room was a little small and the frontdoor needs adjustment in order to close it normally but nothing what would make the overall feeling negative. And there was only public parking, which for our car was great to find some fresh new dents, but thats normal in Spain i guess.

The hotel itself and location was absolutely beautiful. Myself and my partner stayed for one night and got upgraded to a more spacious room. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful ,made us feel very comfortable after a road trip to get to alicante. Room was sensational, beautiful and spacious, extremely clean and fresh. 100% recommend for a luxurious stay.

The price of beverages etc were very expensive. We wanted to eat in the hotel’s restaurant as they had a lovely menu but as we went into the restaurant /bar the bartender wasn’t very welcoming at first. We asked for drinks and she didn’t know simple bar drinks like Smirnoff/ Malibu and mineral drinks we had to tell her where they were. The restaurant was beautiful like the rest of the hotel but lacking atmosphere and knowledge of customer needs.

So , lovely plase to relax 😌, the rooms were well hept by the staff, aways making sure you were OK, it's our 2nd time staying , and must say, it our go to hotel, so if you want good night stay , 😴 first Class, well done to all the Staff, THANKS , BE BACK AGAIN ,

Loved the wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful, from reception to breakfast restaurant, really felt they wanted to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was lovely, good choices, fresh cooked not dishes.

For me as a female I found the bedroom very lacking to get ready in. No dressing table, no where to sit with a mirror and socket to do my hair and makeup. Always find it difficult standing in a bathroom whilst my husband is showing, especially like this one with a wet room, resulting in me paddling in water, and struggling with the temperature in there. However, the reception staff did the best they could to help, it's more about the design of the rooms. I will be staying here again but will be more prepared next time and will ask for a different type of room. I wouldn't let it put me off.
