The property was huge, very clean and the staff were lovely. The rooms were basic but very clean, had a fridge which was brilliant and the beds were like a small double which was brilliant and so comfortable. The pool was huge but given January was icy cold with a lifeguard on duty daily. Brilliant kids play area, games area with archery, darts and many more, wasn’t really used due to the time of year but was available . The food was plentiful and somewhat varied, with plenty of fruit, salads, bread rolls, juices etc. we went all inclusive which was great, you could have drink/food no problem until 11pm

The property was huge it was like a maze, could’ve done with a little map of the floor area and the short cuts which there were many. As I said food was plentiful but could’ve been hotter, with a little more variation and flavours and snacks. Whilst we had air conditioning it wasn’t very strong and the nights were 19 degrees in January so we actually needed it so could’ve been better. My big issue was the pool area, huge beautiful pool with 2 slides but no loungers near the pool only tables and chairs, the loungers were about 10/20 m down c 10 steps where they were plentiful however the psalm trees …… they were everywhere, so annoying trying to sunbathe around the shadows. But the area was clean and well kept and bar was open all day which was great.

Everything but people smoking wherever they wanted too

No segregated smoking area, smoking by the pool ,smoking under the canopy ,smoking in all public areas ,this needs to be addressed urgently

The location is for me perfect, the staff are all efficient friendly and helpful. The food is good and good choices. I had some friends up for dinnner and they were impressed by how friendly the restaurant staff were one was a disabled lady and Juan Franciso made her laugh with his chat. I had need to use the reception services on two occasions and they were efficient knowledgeable and kind. I had to change my room and the manager oversaw that the move was effortless for me. Ir was a wonderful stay. The sound of the date palm garden at night on the ba;conyis like the sea

good choice of food, comfortable bed, hot water with decent pressure. very close to the bus stop. the staff was nice and friendly, the music by the pool is good too. Room was also clean.

the walls are very thin. I had neighbours being drunk and falling making a lot of noise and others speaking loudly at 6am on terrace which made it impossible to sleep at times. The cleaners also think shouting to one another at 8am is perfectly acceptable…Hard to get rest like this…( I may have just been unlucky as loads of older people stays there) the gin seems to feel a little watered down 😅 the cocktails aren’t great, they come from machine but they are exactly the same in every hotel there. you have to pay for water if you want to take bottle to the room.

Just a little too far from main town.

The things we loved were the people at the reception, they were so polite . and the room, very spacious and very clean.

Food, we end up eating a lot of fried eggs and chips. even at dinner we received fried eggs. and the location, you need a taxi to go to the beach, if you don’t want to go to the beach then this hotel is ok . and staff not friendly at all.

Pricing for all inclusive was very reasonable. Restaurant timings was great. Onsite entertainment was fantastic. Location was very nice and not too crowded. Very good parking space.

Very less themes on dinner menu. Limited snacks on all inclusive. Rooms could do with some updating. More adult themed entertainment would be better.

Friendly staff across the resort, the hotel shop has very reasonable prices, I never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool throughout the visit.

The walk to the beach is around 20 minutes but isn't too bad if you're prepared for it, the food was good across the board but pasta for lunch and dinner was a bit repetitive and the milk for cereal isn't that cold. Could do with an extra pillow in the room also

I was afraid because of the really bad reviews seen there recently, but together with my boyfriend we really enjoyed our staying :). Food was very OK, not like other people were writing here...
