The location, the pool was lovely with ample sunbeds. The food was lovely and staff very nice. Our room was great and comfortable

I paid more for the hotel than previously quoted at time of booking. I only noticed when I got home and saw my credit card statement. I've tried messaging booking.com without any luck and I've emailed the hotel but not received a response. Very upsetting.

Food was good. Plenty choice. Staff polite and friendly. Good entertainment team Clean. Excellent location. Lovely pool and pool area in sun all day. Loved the little snack shack and guy who ran it. Public Toilets good/ clean at pool and inside. Tv English channels available. Very large comfortable beds.

Staff lax in control of mask restrictions with clients I live in Spain and it was an issue for me that many British tourists flouted the mask rules when walking round public areas. Some staff in dining room did address this but in other indoor public areas this was ignored.

The location was absolutely perfect right beside lots of nice pubs/restaurants and entertainment The entertainment at night was okay. The person in charge of the entertainment was Juan Carlos he was absolutely brilliant great with all the guests patient with younger ones. 10/10 could speak several languages and really appreciate how friendly he was to everyone. The bar wasn’t busy and the staff were very friendly especially Christopher

Good cuts of meat would have been appreciated when we got chicken it was mostly thighs drumsticks or small pieces. Although the specialist chef was very good particularly at breakfast where he made lovely ham/cheese omelette.

The room was of a high standard, and all the staff that we came into contact were pleasant and helpful.

The food. We found the food to be substandard. Example the roast beef my wife could hardly get her knife thru it. The gentleman at the next table was even more expletive about his food. All the British people said the same thing that the food was bad, some we spoke to were going out to a restaurant for there dinner.

Food was good, lots of variety very clean in restaurants, staff work very hard Room lovely and clean Pool area great and clean

Entertainment was abit rubbish Daytime entertainment was not too bad

It was very clean and had all amenities I needed including fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities. The location was great for my needs and the entertainment was great. the room I stayed on on 6th floor was very quiet

I found the entertainment room to be cold and found the room temperature hard to regulate

Staff were friendly, recognised who I was and when I needed help. Good location, most things included in price

I got charged more than what was the deal I was offered online. wouldn’t have paid that price if I knew. Gym was a bit old and creaky

The burger bar by the pool served better food snack wise than the resturant, lovely helpful sraff

Cold to luke warm breakfast & dinners which were never hot, sauces meats were in were too runny, The burger hut by the pool done better food than the resturant & staff were lovely

Had a fab night here with my two young children (4&2). They loved the water park, which wasn’t overcrowded, slides for all ages and there are plenty of sun loungers too. Plenty of choice in the restaurant too and the room was comfortable & very clean. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thanks so much!

Brilliant value and super clean massive rooms Near night life but not a noisy area. Highly recommended. And the all inclusive breakfast. Was fantastic and a great unexpected surprise, something for all tastes. Thank you to all Staff for your hard work .the Hotel is top notch.
