Great location. Friendly efficient check-in. Clean room, comfortable beds. We were able to hire mobility scooters.

A bit noisy on the balcony, but that's to be expected in such a busy location. As there weren't enough spaces for all the mobility scooters, we had to charge our's at a location a short distance from the hotel. I have a rollator, which I attached to the back of my scooter and used that on the walk back to the hotel, so it wasn't too much of a problem.

Location is absolutely superb!! We got here early and checked in - leaving our luggage safe!! The rooms are spacious with great balconies and the Dive toiletries a great touch!! Ladies you only need to take conditioner! Breakfast was lovely everyday - plenty of hot choice and cold such as pancakes, fresh fruit and cereals! One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a Spanish hotel!!

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort and good Pool Area. The hotel was extremely quiet even though it was immediately on the very busy strip of Benidorm. Most of the staff were excellent too.

There was on particularly rude member of female barstaff, who was repeatedly trying to drive people out of the bar area even before it was due to close a 1am. Even to the point of throwing plastic glasses at a table of 4 of us, with just a mouthful of drink each left at 12:55 on the terrace one night

Everything, Hotel was great, cleanliness, staff, maid service, pool area, terrace and seating areas, and the food was arguably the best ive had in all my stays in Benidorm. Location perfect Ticks every box.

The only thing our group found on a negative side is the hotel would work better if it had been built with a couple more lifts, the wait can take a while when on the upper floors, mainly at meal times though. Hindsight hey!

Everything was lovely in the Hotel. Bright and cheery and a beautifully thought out decor. Air con and fridge was a godsend especially after the heat we had last week. Free products in the bathroom although we did bring our own but will know for next time. Hotel In the busy part of Benidorm but not overly noisy. Adults only makes a lot of difference around the pool and restaurant areas too. All the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not like some of these hotels where they look at you like something they've stood in. We would definitely be staying again. Thank-you

Love love loved my stay at the Riudor, loved the chilled out pool area, loved the very friendly staff, food was excellent in the lovely comfortable restaurant, bar prices very good. Location perfect for me love the area and closeness to beach. Extended my stay by 2 nights and will definitely stay again. I have to mention the lovely kind and considerate maid, who when realising i was ill with flu! made my room as comfortable as possible by providing me with 2 supersoft continental quilts. Aircon was brilliant .

The beds were a little hard. The shower head was in need of replacement.

Room was good size. Location is just perfect . Not far from beach, less than 5 minutes walk and lot happening around the place. Breakfast was very good. Hassan was excellent and gave us good advice into what to do locally. All reception staff was great. You can borrow Towel for Swim etc which is great. Little things help. Balcony is great to have to chill out in evening with great views of happening outside

Parking is bit of problem as it is busy area. But can park nearby for all day for around 15 Euros. Reception staff was very good to guide though. Breakfast can have some variety on different days

First time staying here and our first time doing all inclusive...lovely friendly welcome,all the staff even down too our cleaning lady were lovely. The selection of food was amazing especially considering I'm a very fussy eater. Unfortunately we had too cut our holiday due too a sudden death in our family but we were only charged for the time we stayed and not the 10 nights we originally booked for,which was absolutely amazing as we werent told that but recieved a notification..The pool was lovely,not very deep but deep enough for a swim. Our room was clean and tidy with a lovely balcony. Only a short walk from the beach and right next too amazing night entertainment We will definitely book again and definitely return too the hotel

There was nothing too not like. Oh apart from I did ask reception for more coffee and sugar sachets as we'd run out but none was available apart from that no complaints at all.

Hotel and bar staff fantastic. Pool area and restaurant we're great. We had two people in our party that had specfic dietary requirements and they went out of there way to be helpful. Rooms very clean. Beds super comfortable. Would definitely return to the hotel. Location was excellent.

I paid for a club upgrade. I complained four times about the full upgrade not being issued. It took 2 days of complaining until my safe code was provided and despite multiple complaints the robe and slippers were never provided. Therefore ignoring the complaints about services paid for was extremely poor. This was taken up with four different reception staff all of which failed to resolve or deliver. The upgrade is not worth the money as premium drinks were only available many bar not pool bar and safe code took 2 days and robe and slippers were never provided. Therefore customer service at reception was extremely poor.

the property was spotless, only issue was I think there were some aspects of my room that could do with a small upgrade. my other issue was that we stayed for lunch, checked the costings and it stated 8euros but on attending the restaurant they charged us 12 euros per person. I did state it was 8, but they disagreed
