The property was streamlined modern and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, had clean cozy quilts and the door was accessible by a digital passcode for safety. A bar and cafe on the ground floor was affiliated with the alburgue. The location was amazing, being central in the old city and near the cathedral. It seems that many pilgrims I have met on the Camino ended up at this same alburgue. That was fun!

The windows to our room overlooked the street. There were noisy revelers walking beneath our 2nd floor window much of the night.

Excellent location - located a short walk from almost all the main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful (especially Sarai) and it has a great Scottish pub downstairs which has good breakfast, lunch and dinner options! Mattress was comfortable and bathroom was very clean and modern.

Quite a lot of street noise at night. It starts to get quieter at midnight, but if you want to go to bed earlier than that, bring some earplugs. Room didn’t have air conditioning either, which was fine during the day but was a problem at night because it was so hot, and if I wanted to open the window, the noise from the street would be louder.

This a a great hostel, I stayed as a non pilgrim, value for money, has its own bar restaurant downstairs 5 mins from Cathedral. Friendly helpful staff, 2 sheets and pillow case supplied including doona, heating and shower gel. All female room with 4 bunks. Big kitchen area light and bright as with rooms, very spacious, own locker, great space.

Not much I didn’t like about this hostel, except, not sure about 8 females sharing 1 bathroom and 1 toilet in same room, could be a bit scamped.

Nice clean bathroom , great kitchen , nice bar / restaurant , very decent food , on main floor , great location close to Camino, Cathedral and main plazas . Bedside locked locker for storing pack . Nice little light and socket next to each bed.

Small room crowded with 5 bunk beds ( 10 people) . Uncomfortably hot at night , no AC, and need to close window due to noise- Super loud at night as windows open to a busy sidewalk that people are partying /walking / talking on till late in evening

The staff were really welcoming and attentive. There was a passcode to the door that you had to put in to enter so you could come and go as you pleased- I went out in Burgos and was able to come back to the hostel later on in the evening. The rooms were really spacious, I stayed in a mixed dorm of 10 people. There was an en-suite bathroom that we all shared which was also really clean. The dining/kitchen area was lovely. There was plenty of seating area and the kitchen had lots of facilities you could use. There was a stove to cook food on which was nice because not all hostels have this facility. Also there was a microwave, plenty of space to prepare your food and communal bread for people to share. However if you didn’t feel like cooking, on the bottom floor there is a bar. This didn’t get noisy at all. It was a really nice space for everyone to gather and socialise and, again, the staff here were lovely. The food and drinks here was also very good.

Great stop for a rest while on the Camino. Great showers, secure lockers in each room. The location could not be better. The staff are super helpful. The kitchen facilities are pretty good and it's great meeting place for other pilgrims. There were details on the notice board at reception for a physio, came in very handy! Single gender dorms, also great! Also, excellent sleep, the panels on the windows don't let any light in

If you are a pilgrim, please remember that this isn't a pilgrim only spot. So you'll have to be okay with people in your room munching food until midnight with the light on while watching Tictoc without headphones.

Great location. Easy to book. Check in was simple. Relatively small dorms for such a large city. Option for single sex dorms was very nice. Proper sheets and duvet. Slept really well even though it is right by the cathedral and several bars. Very large kitchen area for preparing and eating your own food. Nice bar and cafe. Security was very good. Lockers in rooms and dormitories all had their own entry passcode.

The toilet seat in the dormitory was broken. The shower head flew off if the tap was turned on too high (but this seems to be a recurring problem in Spanish hostel showers). There was only one washing machine (woefully inadequate for the amount of hostellers) and it wasn't working. There was nowhere to do a hand wash. Expensive compared to similar hostels.

This was outstanding! We were hiking the Camino de Santiago and I had left my drivers licence behind in the room - the Reception staff used the bag transfer service to send it on to Santiago for me. They then called me and my girlfriend to make us aware :) OUTSTANDING! Simply one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you so much. A thoroughly deserved five ⭐️ review.

Nothing - it was brilliant 👍

Location was very convenient to the cathedral square, shopping and restaurants. Nice to have clean sheets and pillow.

Layout of entrances and exits was confusing at first. Would have liked the option to have a female only option for the dorm room. Bunk beds a little squeaky.

It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the cathedral. The restaurant downstairs provides tasty meals around the clock.

The dryer didn't work and the number to call unresponsive. The hostel staff knew this but didn't warn multiple guests. The hostel spaces were spread out over 3 floors and two wings, so weren't very communal. There was only one bathroom for 16 women
