+ A comfortable hotel in a good location in Burgos. 5 minutes on foot from the Bus Station, about 10 minutes to the center. + Quiet and very (very!) clean room. I had a single which actually looked like a double, with a wide bed and good linen. The room has a digital safety box suitable for laptops, a mini-bar (empty), a/c (didn't use but aired the room naturally). A box of chocolates was offered as a welcome gift. In the bathroom there's a good shower, a bidet, nice toiletries. My room was under the roof, with upper windows (full control of closing/opening) + Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. + Fine inexpensive breakfast. + Good value for money. Recommended!

Breakfast is plentiful, all the usual cold items plus toaster available, tea (good tea!) and Coffee.. Parking under the Museum is so easy (big spaces) and with the Hotel's card it cost only €10/day - very, very reasonable for a big city. It is a 1 minute drive from the hôtel and walking back is 2 minutes. There are two off loading spots in front of the hôtel. Location is on a quiet street but just a few minutes to the stores, The Plaza and restaurants. Conveniently, there is also a small bar and cafe with limit food with an inside door from/to the hôtel.

I stayed in this hotel in December when the weather outside was cold. The room was very warm, the heating and the shower were working very well, and the room was clean. The guys at the reception were very nice and friendly. They also speak English :-). There is little bar at the hotel where you can eat tortilla, pintxos, or something sweet. And the coffee was very nice :-). The hotel is very close to the beautiful promenade along the river. I will certainly return to this hotel if I back to Burgos.

The room was quite big with a little terrace. The bathroom had a bath with shower. The fridge in the room was nice to have. The hotel is near the museum, about 15 min walk from the Cathedral. The gentleman on the front desk was helpful with gluten free items for breakfast. The breakfast was good - coffee, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, toast, ham and cheese, and cake. Boiled eggs.

Air con controlled by hotel, so didn't work apart from the evening through to around 4am, so you wake up hot! This seems to be a Spanish thing. I know it's cold outside at 4am but I'm sleeping in the hotel not the street! You can't open the windows without opening the blackout shutter,.so you are faced with a choice, open windows and have a very bright room, or close them and have a dark room and be very hot. You don't advertise a bathroom and say you can only use it between 19:00 and 03:00 so why do that with A/C? Or be honest and tell clients on the booking that the a/c won't work between certain hours regardless of how hot the room is. Ours was 35C when we arrived - our bike computer has a thermometer. This would be an amazing hotel if they fixed this issue.

Lovely room and the bathroom. Absolutely perfect place for a day or a few to stay with walking distance to everything you wish to see in the city. Close by big and not expensive underground public parking. Overall, it was pleasant and easy to manage.

It's not a disaster, but aircon running to strong even on lower speed .... and bed not terrible but somehow less comfortable than you could expect. But that's not deal breakers, just comment on what could be improved.

Excellent room with good sized bed. Relatively good value public multi-storey parking close by (remember to book in advance for discount). Breakfast was included and very reasonable. Within easy walking distance of centre. Nice ,good value bar attached. Staff very helpful and friendly.

One small dislike was the emergency lighting which was a bit intrusive.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful car parking was arranged as request. We had a continental breakfast which was fairly basic.

Unfortunately several groups of guest arrived prior to us for breakfast and hoovered up the food otherwise there was nothing to dislike.

Best value for money compared to most hotels in the city. Not that far from the city center, easily walkable. Parking fee is also the lowest than other hotels ask for and the parking garage is at the museum, lots of vacant spaces and quite secure. The breakfast was nice and you get more than what you pay for. Very happy with this hotel!

Great location, lovely little super cheap bar with tapas, good selection of food at breakfast especially for the price, huge bedroom with separate lounge area, lovely staff. Some street parking available locally which was very handy.

The orange light in the bedroom over the exit…it’s really bright for a light sleeper. Similarly we had skylights on the top floor on which the blinds weren’t dark, not a problem in November but would probably have caused me an issue in the summer months.
