The parking does not deserve to be named as that. It is extremely difficult to drive into it, one has to take extreme care not to hit the walls of the slope to get into it (which are conspicuously marked by previous hits of other cars). Once into it, again one needs to be very careful to get into one of the parking slots without hitting a neighbor car and/or bumping your own car against the walls or the columns. If not for the parking, the hotel would deserve a better rating, but the parking really doesn't deserve to be called that.

Clean, modern and contemporary room with great facilities. Plenty of room with a good-sized bath and double sinks. Comfortable bed with 2 pillows each. Lovely view over the river below.

There was only one towel in the bathroom so had to ask for another. The restaurant was not open until 8:30pm and was a set 3-course menu so we went out for something to eat. Later we returned to find there was hot bar food on offer which was not clear before we went out. Perhaps they could advertise this better and inform customers of the food options.

Location is very close to the city center. The hotel is fairly new and comfortable. The restaurant offers a daily/weekly menu with sufficient choices and if required you can also choose for the a la carte menu. The quality of the food is very good. Breakfast is extensive. Having a parking place underneath the hotel is also a big plus. As in many Spanish cities parking in city centers is cumbersome.

Breakfast was good but a little bit crowded and understaffed. The few staff members available were very helpful and friendly, though. Parking in the dedicated Infrastructure requires some skill.

The whole hotel is lovely, excellent location. Wonderful staff. Room was big, well furnished and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom with great shower and good quality towels. Breakfast was excellent. Bar food excellent if bar open

Staff were unable to give any local or tourist information. No maps or leaflets (post Covid 19) available. No bar food after 4p.m. til 8.30p.m. and nothing on Sunday after 2p.m.

very narrow/tight parking space, not suited for long/wide vehicles or inexperienced drivers, high risk of scratching or damaging your or other people’s vehicles. one-way entree is also the exit. my wife called it “the descent into hell” (we have a medium sized stationwagon). bathroom not four-star level (squeaky tub, leakage etc).

Ideally situated with a short walk to cathedral, shops, restaurants etc. Spacious room, very clean. On site parking facilities.

Hotel parking a bit tight. Sleep a little disturb with road noise, constant background of outside pedestrian crossing noise. Good choice for breakfast although eggs and bacon was cold!

We booked this hotel because of its location. We came for a wedding which took place at the Monasterio de San Juan that is 3 min distance and also not so far from the center. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety, specially, with the fruits. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There is nothing to dislike about the hotel. I travelled by car and used the underground car park there which is very tight for a larger car to manoeuvre .....not for the faint hearted

Great location for visiting the city. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room, friendliness and professionalism of the staff (very accommodating), provided a city map and directions to areas of interest. Great breakfast buffet and ease of getting to the Camino trail in the morning.
