Hotel Boutique Museo Burgos

The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and the location was great!

The hotel has a photo of a glass building on Booking.com and when we booked we thought this was the hotel, but it turned out that this building is actually the Museum of human evolution, which is close by. We think it is misleading for people who are not familiar with the city of Burgos, and I don't understand why a hotel would have a photo of a building which is not theirs. I'll include a photo of the actual front of the hotel.

Warm welcoming staff. Liked the reception area and availability of the cafe and the music Room had spacious feel. Was well designed. Cool day. Room was light with afternoon evening sun and good temperature. No air conditioning required. And window opens for ventilation Mattress uneven with large dips. Needs replacing but strangely comfortable for one person. Wifi good Location easy 5 to 10 min walk to cathedral and all main areas. Also bus station. Would stay here again but would agree with previous comments. Needs a deep clean. My room had not been swept. Desk surface needed a good wipe and there were stray hairs.

Such a relaxed, friendly hotel. A stone's throw from the astonishing Museum of Human Evolution, and an easy, pictureque walk to the Cathedral. Room decorated simply and with charm. The caféteria had a nice, neighborhood feel about it. But, above all, I found the staff charming and helpful.

I would've liked a glass in my room. Makes taking medication easier.

Tidy hotel only a short walk away from the Cathedral.and main plazas and bars. Managed to get free street parking out the front but we were lucky. There's an outdoor parking lot next door that is fairly cheap, and the indoor one at the Museo de la Humana. Clean. Great bathroom and toilet (decent size). Efficient staff. There's a cafe/bar in the lobby. Good value for money.

The young man on reception was pleasant and helpful and assisted us with locating the underground parking across the road ( owned by same hotel chain) where we were able to store our bicycles overnight. The accommodation was very good value and close to the Camino de Santiago route.

It would be nice to have basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo provided.

Great location, staff were very helpful, especially Alba who greeted us when we arrived. Rooms were spacious and clean with two single beds and a sofa. Bathroom was spotless and shower was nice and hot.

In my opinion, there was nothing to be done better. Everything was excellent including the bar/cafe which served hot drinks/alcohol and snacks

It was within walking distance of the Museum of Evolution plus banks, pharmacies, the cathedral & other historic monuments. The location is excellent.

I was walking the Camino and I think signage was lacking as to how to get back on the Camino route to continue. Thankfully a receptionist told me which way to walk inorder to meet up with the Camino as it left town but it was not the actual Camino route that I wallked on for that portion of my journey.

Great location close to Camino, sights, groceries, laundromat. Front desk woman exceptionally helpful. Cafeteria with long hours so could eat whenever.

Nice boutique hotel with a good location near the museum. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. I was able to book it for a very reasonable price. The early check-in wasn't a problem at all. The staff at the reception did a good job, especially Sonya was very helpful and helped me with my things to do in the city.

There were moments when I heard other guests from the room nearby but it wasn't an issue.

Furniture was a bit old fashion and set up of the beds not the best, against the wall on 2 sides to make space for sofa.
