Excellent location. Close to old town. No parking available, but you can park in Plaza Mayor and walk for a few minutes to the hotel. The hotel can give you a small discount on the parking which ended up at about 15 eur/day. The staff was very polite. There is also very good restaurant 'La Mafia' next to the hotel.

The window was looking to a inner court/tight chimney. Very bad view and the ventilation of the restaurant was going through it. So any time you open the window, you can smell the food. Perhaps if you get a room looking towards the street it will be better.

Thus was the best hotel to stay in on Camino.... the staff were absolutely brilliant!! We had actually booked and paid for a hostal but didn't like it, so we went to Norte y Londres and they welcomed us with open arms!! Awesome location and nice big spacious rooms with a lovely windows that open onto the piazza below! Rooms were very sound proof to the sounds on the street outside too! 100% recommend! I told my Camino friends about it who were 3 days behind me and they stayed there too and loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. In a good central position (the cathedral is an easy walking distance away, for instance), it has a pleasantly old-fashioned atmosphere, but I found nothing old-fashioned about the services it provided, which include a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and an ample breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

My only criticism is that the plug in my washbasin did not hold water very well.

We loved the stylish entrance and room decoration. It made you feel at home. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The traffic-free streets around the hotel were lovely and full of charming small tapas restaurants. Our dog was welcomed at first sight! The hotel offererd a discount at the underground Parking lot on Plaza de Espana.

Accessibility was quite crazy, as it is a traffic-free area and we kind of had to force the car through a red light equiped with a camera. Fortunately, we learnt that this was allowed for the hotel clients in order to unload the luggage.

Location location location. This hotel is in the perfect location in Burgos. It is close to the cathedral, the castle, the museum of human evolution, high street shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants.

We were two friends together but we only got one key between us. It would be better if each person had their own key to come and go as they wished. Sometimes even friends want to be on their own. Also the tv aerial did not work and although the receptionist attempted to fix it, it went off shortly after.

Very centrally located. You can walk anywhere, anytime. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, sights, just around the hotel. It is also on the Camino route if you are a pilgrim. Staff is very friendly and helpful, it is very clean, room 313 was spacious, very big bathroom with a tub, loved the furniture and the entire design that takes you back to England of 100 years ago. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast was good, even though there isn't too much variety.

Internet is very fast but cuts off regularly.

Location, location and location. Hotel placed in historical building in the heart of the city. Pedestrian zone. Beware, car travellers, you can't reach the hotel by your car. It was quite a challenge to find a parking in city center, and then roll with bags till hotel door... The man on reception desk helped us with parking ticket troubles, we are very appreciate him! shame that we didn't ask his name... Room was big, spacious, with wooden floors, antic furniture and small balcony overlooking quite busy street. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around. Breakfast was ok, fresh juice, hot coffee Burgos is beautiful town, worth to visit!

Very helpful and pleasant staff.Easy access to local bars etc and cathedral but no street noise.Spotlessly clean and comfortable . I don't understand some people's comments ,it's a very traditional hotel but very welcoming.Not sure why wooden flooring is so distressing . Very good hotel with no pretensiond

You can drive up to the hotel to unload but need to negotiate the bollards-A very nice Spanish man pointed out there's a way in and a way out.

This was a last minute booking due to being let down by a previous accomodation in Burgos. When I turned up here the lovely receptionist kindly offered me to stay in an apartment 50m away instead of hotel as there was as big party in hotel. I kindly accepted and apartment was very quiet and comfortable and receptionist me down to it and showed me around etc. nil complaints

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Above all, however, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had cycled to Burgos and putting my bike in a secure location within the hotel posed no problem for them whatsoever. Breakfast was good and at €7.70 very good value. I have no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending the Hotel Norte y Londres.
