Hotel Cuéntame La Puebla

Wahiba was wonderful at reception. Extending my stay an extra night was quick and easy. I could talk to her for hours. She was super friendly and made me really feel at home. The rooms was large, and quiet. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Such a great stay. Also, the air-conditioning was ice cold and super refreshing on a hot summer's day.

It's hard to find things not to like about this place. Perhaps the doors could do with soundproofing because you can hear people in the hallway and on the stairs. Other than that, there's really not much to complain about.

we had completed most of the online check in before we arrived. however on arrival we has to stand in front of a large screen in reception and complete it again and in front of other people who could see our details. Breakfast was of poor quality and not value for money.

Excellent service from Wahiba at reception. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and kind. The room was clean and I loved the bathtub and super soft sheets. My interior room was very quiet at night. There is an excellent vegetarian restaurant right across the street.

The bed was too hard for me, but that's just personal preference.

It was close to everything but still on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly. They let me keep my bike in my room.

Air conditioning was broken and they were in a heat wave. That was rough.

Very nice, the room was nice and warm considering the cold temperature outside. The staff was considerate and very helpful.

The blow dryer would shut off after 30 seconds. Don't know if it was a power saver or just a bad blower.

Big room and bathroom, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Good facilities and perfect location for exploring the city!

The self check-in process was quite complicated (the reception upstairs wasn't well signposted) and no-one was at reception to help us check out at 10am.

Location was excellent and staff was superb. Wahiba went out of her way to welcome us in our language, and to ensure we had all we needed. She showed us true hospitality, and this hotel is lucky to have her! Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were quiet, and the location for a couple of pilgrims was perfect.

I stayed five nights over two stays while recovering from injury. Staff was exceptionally helpful with room placement, maps, ice, encouragement. Property is spotlessly clean. Luxurious bed linens. Modern tiled shower. Lift. Large tv I did not use.

Softer towels would be nice.
