The location of the hotel was perfect...close to lots of shops in town and most importantly for me, directly on the beautiful beach. The view from the room was excellent (side sea view room). The resort was very clean and well kept. The spa is a must visit...I got a facial and foot massage that were just fantastic.

Not much to not like to be honest, but a couple things to note. It would be great to have a tea kettle or coffee machine in the room. I love to have a cup of coffee on the balcony upon waking up. Hair dryer in the room could use an upgrade - not very powerful and you had to hold the power button for it to work the whole time. If you have a lot of/thick hair this could be a pain. As I was travelling alone, to getaway and relax, I did get some odd looks and comments from the staff at the main restaurant/buffet which made me feel out of place (as if they couldn't believe someone was travelling alone). These items are definitely not deal breakers, just things to take note of. I would absolutely visit the property again!

The property is very beautiful and has its own private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing and service was excellent. The location is ideal to explore the north part of Mallorca island. They have multiple outdoor swimming pools and one small indoor heated pool. They organized a lot of events for kids and it's the perfect destination for the family. The best part was watching sunrise !

The spa and jacuzzi close at 18:00 which is too early. We also requested a blanket to reception multiple times, but it never arrived 😕 The coffee machine and electric kettle were not available in the room which are nowadays an essential thing.

the facility is beautiful and it’s always possible to find a spot to relax around the pools in the big green area surrounding the buildings, the pools, the beautiful beach close by, the kindness of the staff at breakfast and dinner, the great buffet and variety of the food and the entertainment for kids

the apartments should be renovated as they are not at the same level of the rest of the resort. lots of ants all over the apartment all the time from the moment we checked in. coming from cracks in the wall, between panels etc. the personnel cleaning the apartment do really their best but this is a systemic problem. we had a bad experience with the airport transfer organized for us and got no help from the person at the reception at that time risking us to lose the plane.

Excellent structure with great pools and beautiful garden. Unfortunately the season does't yet allow to swim as the water is cold, The staff is absolutely wonderful, all so nice and friendly! Really everyone!! Gold medal to Monica at the recepttion and Esperanza / Juan at the restaurant. But really everyone is really customer oriented. Well, only 1 exception, Mr. J...s at the reception who is unfriendly and seems not to enjoy being there, anyway. Buffet was really good with a wide choice.

If you book via Booking you cannot chose the room and you end up in a category that I didn't like as we were facing the street. There are hundreds of room facing the sea... a real pity!!

Location was perfect for the 312, good facilities for cyclists and large rooms (we had a garden suite, an apartment, a sea view room and the top floor hotel suite). The buffet was fresh and varied for the majority of things. The Royal Suite has an amazing view and terrace and was extremely nice. The bar staff in the main bar were friendly as were the breakfast team. Half board is good value but €40pp for dinner is too much when it’s self service and there is a really nice fish restaurant at the roundabout right next door.

The breakfast coffee is self service like in a service station; the fruit juices are sugar mixes and not fresh; you’re not allowed to sit two families together; the check in and out facilities are terrible (2 poor staff dealing with so many people). Luna beach bar you can’t sit at a table of more than 4 unless it’s around the corner with the mosquitoes. V limited parking during 312 and no guidance on where to park outwith their grounds and lots of people got towed. There is no private beach, there is a charge for the loungers and no beach bar. Nice, clean beach though.

Here is what we mainly loved: - Absolutely great location, right on the "playa de Muro" beach - which is amazing - Loads of entertainment options: Tennis, Padel, Football, Beach Volley, dancing classes, etc. there is a lot going on - Very good breakfast - Amazing Spa and Fitness Overall a super nice place to spend holidays at. We loved it!

If there were a few downsides to highlight we would say: - Water of the pools was very cold! Couldn't swim once during our stay - If you are a family never mind, but if not, just be aware that there are loaaaaads of babies / young children - 15 minutes from Alcudia by car, not that far but you always need the car - Almost all of the activities highlighted above (Tennis, Padel, etc.) are at a cost and not free. Nonetheless, they organize activities where you wouldn't have to pay

Excellent view, huge variaty of activities. Food has a very good quality, always fresh. The variaty is good, altough it will be repeated once in a while. Free coffe, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk for the breakfast. Everyday cleaning, 4* care. For the kids there is a huge building with full of games and there is a kindergarden aswell with 2 animators. 3 different pool, one of them is heated and next to that is also a heated kids pool. Above that there is an inside pool which is heated aswell. The outdoor playground is something we don't see before, again with good variaty for littles and bigger children aswell. You can enter the beach with 4-5 different gates directly from the hotel's garden and just a couple of meters away there is the sea. Every evening there are "mini-discos" for kids and also after that for the adults, such as Abba night, etc. There are 3 different bars with different opening hours for everybody, the cocktails and the food prices are quite good. The staff members were very helpful and kind and speak spanish/german/english on a high level. We would definitely go back.

For the dinner some water for free would be nice, but the machines were closed for dinner so it was not an option, we had to buy it. You have to pay for the spa towels which was a little surprise for us. Actually nothing more to complain.

The location is really great. The buffet breakfast and dinner in the half-board were super, huge variety, even at the end of the breakfast, all fresh and the grill was very delicious every evening. Very kind staff. The garden is pretty, the pools could already be used and one of them was even heated at this time of the year. The spa is also nice, was not crowded during our stay.

The soundproofing is actually pretty bad. It is quite alright to the outside, though I wonder how this would be in the summer if your room is above the little outdoor stage (like ours were now, though no music in the evening). However, we could hear everything from the corridor, including people walking/chatting in front of the door, especially kids running there, and also the personnel when cleaning the corridor or the neighboring rooms. Even the light shines through from the corridor next to the door during the night. There is a milky glass door to the bathroom, so if one goes out in the night, the room gets very bright.

Location is on a beautiful beach and right next to a bus top where you can do day trips to Alcudia and Pollenca. Airport buses also pass through. Room was amazing and super comfortable. It had a mini kitchen which was super useful for the kids. The facilities, the mini club, the pool, the jacuzzi and the food was all five stars - absolutely amazing place for a Mallorca stay! Special shout-out to the wonderful Monica at the reception who was such a joy - full of useful information and she really added a sparkle to our day whenever we met her - staff like her make all the difference!

There was definitely an overdose of older Germans - so this made everything a bit awkward sometimes with a lot of staring and frowning. But overall it was ok.

Beach was stunning. Hotel is really good value and we stayed in Suites which was quiet and private. Breakfast was excellent and a surprise given hotel was 4 star. Close to shops and restaurant and all facilities you need. Definitely be returning.

Staff were not very friendly, they helped us with no issues but seem like they didn't like their jobs. Bedroom was nice but bathroom was next to living room, and no privacy from the toilet and shower, so quite awkward. We were a family of 3 with my teenage daughter 15, but there is only 1 cupboard with very little packing space, which would be very challenging had we stayed longer than 3 nights. This was a real surprise for a `suites room' and would recommend the hotel sort out.
