Location - Approx 20 min from Airport via Cab/Public transport(near to Bahia Feliz bus stop). Check for public transport timings as its quite cheap and convenient as the buses have a separate luggage space. We went for All-Inclusive and the quality of food options were really nice. Kids food section was also decent. Food Options - Breakfast - Live cooking section for Omelettes & Pancakes with other items like Croissants(was super tasty), Porridge, Granola, fresh fruits etc. Lunch - Live cooking section for perch or turkey/chicken breast with other items Pizzas, rice, casserole, whole baked chicken/fish, pastas, noodles, stirred fried veggies, desserts(lot to choose from) ofc :) etc. Dinner - Lunch - Live cooking section for perch or turkey/chicken breast with other items rice, casserole, whole baked chicken/fish, pastas, noodles, stirred fried veggies, desserts(lot to choose from) ofc :) etc. Pool - Children/Baby pool as advertised! Family pool with Aqua fit like activities which was really great. There were other activities also aligned during the day which were fun as well. Bahia Feliz beach was quite near but it was more of a pebbles beach with black sand. Room - It was a decent room with basic TV with loaded channels in English, German, Swedish, Russian, Spanish etc., small fridge, water kettle, safety box. Room cleaning service was par and punctual.

WiFi service wasn't seamless. We had troubles here and there connecting to WiFi on Apple & Samsung phones both.

Perfect place for a family holiday - great swimming pools, activities for the kids and a good buffet! Convenient location , close to the airport ( 20 min) along a main bus route

For such an expansive buffet spread, it is sad that there's no proper coffee - only instant coffee or the disappointing coffee machines. Air conditioning in the rooms is not really effective and the wifi is patchy at best.

The swimming pools, staff, breakfast buffet. Surroundings, palm trees, cleanness. Two playgrounds for kids. We were able to use a shower in one of the rooms as they did not let us check out late. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and made the most of the holidays but would not go back.

Beds. Firstly every room seems to have two single beds on wheels. The blockage doesn't work and the beds move during the night when you roll over. The mattresses are super thin more like toppers and mine was sliding off the bed. This arrangement is particularly difficult when you have a small kid that comes to parents bed during the night. We tried different arrangements, sleeping on the couch but did not get a good night rest. Also we were given a wrong apartment type and were promised to be moved. This never happened. We were really looking forward to having room with a balcony.

Very well run hotel with helpful staff and very good facilities. Good for families and for adult / single travellers. I liked the gym and separate lane swimming pool. Also the breakfast options were excellent.

Unfortunately the beach area doesn't provide easy access to the sea, but I knew this before travelling.

The breakfaat was great also the staff! The wiev was amazing.

i want to mention the shop front of the hotel witch was disappointing. Dont ever try catamaran excursion it was awful. And he asked ask more then It cost. We had to wait at the end 1hr for the bus on the sun. And when we stopped to swim all we could see is a factory... just wastad 1 day of our trip...

Great location with everything all around. Three nice pools, ocean in 3 min walk. A lot of opportunities to have lunch or dinner. Also I like a huge room with high ceilings.

If you don't want to eat in restaurants all the time, it is a problem to reach a big market as Mercadona or Lidl. You need to rent the car or take a bus which is not comfortable sometimes.

I don’t know who was kinder. The cleaners or the waitresses, everybody is talking with a big smile in the hotel. We were really impressed how welcomes we felt. And the breakfast choices were one of the widest and bests we ever experienced. Thank you.

The pillows were way too high and firm. We had to sleep without them to prevent the next day neck pains.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite, very nice indeed. Breakfast was excellent. Very busy at times but never too crowded. Good selection of food. Never ran out of anything that I could see.

It’s not the hotels fault but there were loads of kids everywhere! Having a great time I must add but that did surprise me a bit.

Perfect location, excellent meals and service, super friendly staff! Probably the best spot in the vicinity of Maspalomas.

There is an excursion shop just across the Hotel - be careful, you won't get what they promise! All the flyers are fancy and shiney but the reality is gonna be different.....

We liked the beds, the pools were lovely and the food was good. Baby club was good and daughter didn't want to leave! Spa was incredible 😍

The shower wasn't so good and the bugs (grasshoppers) are huge! Didn't enjoy the night entertainment as was super loud, littlest daughter danced along (kind of) at the back but was too much and often too sleepy to enjoy it 😅
