The best location from all that we've seen on Gran Canaria. Quiet and beautiful territory with plenty of sunbeds. No animation except live music at dinner and it was great. There are two beaches within a three-minute walk, one is a peaceful place with calm water and a bunch of living creatures (scuba diving makes sense there), while another is a real ocean with waves, so you can choose. Spacious room and comfortable beds (if you like them very soft, we do). Wide choice at breakfast and dinner, we always were able to find something delicious to our taste. Fresh juice and champagne at breakfast also were very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Any problems that arose were immediately solved in a polite and kind manner. Reasonable price for airport transfer.

Unfortunately, all the rooms wich are not apartments have the doors between them and this fact makes no soundproofing. During first week of our stay we didn't have neighbours so it was OK. But after we had some neighbours we could clearly hear every sound from their room and easily take part in their conversations. After complaining we were given an upper category room without a door to the next room. Room cleaning should be better.

Excellent location - quiet environment, close to the ocean and beach, close to bus stops, supermarkets and hiking opportunities in the surrounding hills. Rich breakfast, plenty of fruit, seafoods and classic dishes continental breakfast, 2 bottles of mineral water in the room for free every day. Professional and empathetic staff, services without additional charges. Powerful silent air conditioning, fully controllable by the guest.

Poor soundproofing in the room. A family with a small child stayed in the adjacent room, who often cried out loudly. Guests in next rooms were constantly awakened by the child's cries during the night and early hours, which is very unpleasant. The hotel could benefit from some modernization, replacing the worn-out furniture and bathroom fixtures (the bathtub had numerous cracks and showed signs of rust in places). The mattresses in the bed were modern, but very soft. There was no option for an ergonomic (anatomical, orthopedic) memory foam pillow for guests with neck issues. Many hotels offer free "pillow menu". For a 5-star hotel, a minibar should be standard. However, the room only had an empty fridge.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! The staff are ALL wonderful, food was amazing, the entire hotel and pools are so clean. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps down out of the enclosed hotel gates which felt very safe and secure.

There was nothing we didn't like, but when not if we book again we will get a room with a table and chairs on the balcony as I didn't realise (my own fault) that there would only be sun loungers to sit on so it would be nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book at a table next time.

High standard hotel with great facilities. Views are fantastic, the quality of the room finishes and furnishings were high. Very helpful staff on reception and the evening restaurant team. They were all great. Food was excellent, wide selection of wines. Second visit here, and would stay again.

Mattresses were quite soft, and prefer a double bed as I am quite tall. It was two singles pushed together. I would have preferred a higher balcony but it was ok. The manager at the pool bar cafe could have been more helpful when I discovered a bug in my drink. The response was indifferent, and they didn’t seem to care as they were so busy with other customers.

The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond daily to make us feel welcome ! They were genuine, warm and friendly ! The team kept the spaces clean every day and ensured the food was presented really well - lots of tasty options on offer ! We had issues with our car hire and the front desk team helped us with a smile - super helpful - your business is nothing without great people. You have great people ! The manager looking after breakfast in the morning said HELLO to EVERYONE ! He was amazing !! Seated people and broke the uncomfortable moment when you walked into the area. Balcony super spacious and great views. Rooms - good facilities Really useful having a shop on the property too ! Nice to have live entertainment daily !

We loved the pool areas but the wooden areas on the floor was slippery when wet- we saw people fall over. I would look at the materials used in this area asap. Something that absorbs water quickly like a local stone that’s warm and keeps dry. In keeping with the environment. Iron hard to use - the cord for iron was so short couldn’t reach the wall! Maybe the bathrooms for our room need an upgrade too. Cleaning - when we arrived on first night the shower area was not cleaned very well- lots of hair- we arrived very late so there was plenty time to clean better.

- well, I wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel - it definitely deserves a renovation, some thing at the hotel were old and broken (kitchen things were really old and used and lost their functionalities, hairdryer was awful and broken) - absolutely awful extra bed with a hole in the middle of a bed - lunch bistro by a swimming pool was really bad, food deserves to be improved - bar wasn’t really good as well, barista gave me a cocktail in a plastic broken glass. Cocktails weren’t the best as well, I’d never buy them again.

Still the good "old guys" at the breakfast buffet welcomes you and makes your day and brings your daily water with a smile. This is one of the main reasons to stay here. The other reason is restaurant 222 where you can enjoy the sunset with fantastic food.

After Covid some maintenance is lacking. We had to hold the shower manually (impossible to fasten) and the handle to the balcony was loose. We have previous remarked that some rooms do not have an awning or the owners (which is not Radisson) have taken the remote control home, - which makes it impossible to sit on the veranda during daytime, mainly because of the strong heat. This was also the first year we experienced mosquitos and flies in the room during nighttime - we do understand that this is not under the hotels control , but might be a sign of changes in climate.

We absolutely LOVED the staff. They cater for all. The room was so spacious and a jacuzzi on your balcony creates a feeling of pure luxury. Views are spectacular from the balcony. Pool is great too and we were so surprised to see no one was running to the beds with towels in the early morning ;) Buffet breakfast and dinner was great, plenty of choice and variation. The hotel breaths luxury and relaxation. We enjoyed our walks along the boulevard every evening. Gym is good too! We would love to stay again and would recommend everyone to go here. Simply amazing!!

Below things that could be improved but it didnt take away too much from the amazing experience we had here!! The bed is really soft, too soft for our liking. Then there are some things that don't necessarily impacted our stay too much but could be improved: the airconditioning is not very strong. Next to that the floor gets incredibly slippery if there is some water on it. Just be mindful of that if you have a jacuzzi on your balcony or come back from the swimming pool. Water gets replenished every day in your room, but as a suggestion we would say to consider water dispensers on each floor and provide all rooms with a jug they can fill. Perfect for sustainability too :)

Luxurious hotel, wonderful location, very nice room, good food. Incredible view!!!! The jacuzzy from the balcony was great! Nice staf! Mario at the reception deserves a big hug for his kindness! Calin and Cezar at the rooftop restaurant were also so kind! A lot of positive reasons to be there. Very close to the hotel there is Anfi beach: white sand and soft waves. It appears that this spot is one of the sunniest on the island.

The salty water pool could be a little warmer, especially when the weather is not that hot. We could rarely swim. The double bed was made up by two single beds put together, with 2 individual top matresess, that were easily sliding. I suggest that at least the top matress is double, so that the beds can stay together.

Everything - the entire resort is absolutely fabulous! The staff in particular make it amazing and in the restaurant they took such amazing care of my nut allergies, making sure I had my own separate nut free dessert in the evenings. Beautiful sea view room with jacuzzi was incredible!

Everything closes pretty early which is great if you want to totally relax day and night. It’s very quiet (which we found brilliant) it would just be nice to have the option in the resort for a night cap but that’s a totally minor thing :)
