When looking for an accommodation in proximity of Bilbao, I couldn't be more lucky! The hotel is very, very nice! Small, comfortable, nicely located in the village center. Free parking available. Excellent kitchen! We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and everything was very tasty. Very helpful personnel.

Great little boutique hotel with large, modern rooms and bar & restaurant in centre of town, convenient for Bilbao ferry, just 50 mins away. Fantastic value, with superb guest fixed menu and good breakfast for around 6 euros. Lively local bar with range of interesting craft beers, (albeit these seem rather expensive). Also secure underground parking at extra cost.

With so much going for it, the only thing they need to address is ensuring that hotel guests don't feel ignored in favour of their busy local trade. Service can sometimes feel businesslike rather than warm or friendly.

Lovely little town with plenty to see within walking distance. Really nice hotel in good location, the architecture is very pleasant. Absolutely the best staff from the reception to the restaurant. Dog friendly. Highly recommended for stop over from/to Bilbao port. We definitely will be back. Good value and food amazing value and quality. Nice bakery next door and shop nearby for basics. Easy to find from motorway. Good street parking nearby or secure underground for 5€.

Excellent dinner and adequate breakfast, being able to park and take the lift to our room was especially helpful as our dog injured its leg on the way. The staff could not have been more welcoming. Love to stay again. Thank you to all the staff. Superb hotel.

Lovely friendly hotel. Anna was extremely welcoming. Comfortable room with lovely bathroom. We will return next year for sure.

We were in the roof and the window didn't appear to open. We didn't ask...it was just one night and we used the aircon.

We like the food , very much. The choice of tapas was excellent and they all tasted fantastic. The tortilla was the best. The menu of the day is good value and delicious. The staff are very friendly and we like the secure parking. Stayed twice now and will stay again only 40 minutes from Bilbao.

It´s a great location for a night before the Ferry, the rooms are comfortable and the food is superb! They also have an underground parking for your car and they added a cot that I requested for the baby. The staff was nice and friendly.

I think the staff is the same for the restaurant as for reception so you need to wait after arriving to do the check in. The room and bathroom are nice however the mirror is positioned in a way that you can only see your face when bowing your head. Everything else was great!

Great location especially for Bilbao ferry to UK. Underground car park and free Wi-Fi free. Friendly atmosphere and food plentiful.

Apart from initial receptionist who was very good all other staff both at bar and in restaurant didn’t seem to have a clue. Needed to be organized and managed.

Clean, modern, comfortable room size, good amenities, location, easy check-in, relaxing check-out time, great value for money and very dog friendly🙏
