Breakfast was extremely good, especially the bacon. The room was small but adequate, they gave us fresh towels everyday, even though when we had the do not disturb sign on the door, they would leave them in front of the door. The staff is super nice and engaged. I would recommend the hotel for visiting the city of Palma, its close to the city center and in the area of the hotel, there are a bunch of restaurants which are good, I would not explicit recommend it for a beach holiday, even though we booked it for that, you can do it, the Taxis are cheap and you can also go to the beach by bus.

Everything was fine. There was nothing to complain about. Maybe the close area around the hotel is not too pretty, but I never felt disturbed by that.

The hotel is very stylishly decorated, the rooms are really nice, ours had a fabulous shower! There is plenty of space to hang clothes and a good amount of hangers.. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very nice, a nice selection of items. In reception they even have a little selection of items for sale, such as scarves and jewellery. I bought a birthday present for a friend They can sell you tickets for the sightseeing bus which we would recommend. If we are back in Palma we would certainly consider staying again

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like, although a slight change in breakfast offerings might be good if you were there longer than the 3 nights we stayed We selected the hotel because of the location, in the Old Town, however, some parts are quite run down and there is a lot of Graffiti. There are not so many places to eat close by, but this said, some places hadn't yet opened as it was early Feb. but we would recommend RawCoco, which is just opposite and Restaurante Asador Gotxonb Olivar, which is about 5 minutes' walk.

Lovely room very close to the old town which was great. Room was lovely and clean and we had a terrace so could also sit outside. Reception were great. Room cleaned daily. Lift to the third floor. Hotel had been converted but felt really authentic. Bit of a gem!!

The terrace only had three chairs and a coffee table. Would have been lovely to have had a couple of sun loungers. Restaurant only served a basic breakfast and no lunch or dinners but they were happy to make us coffee's which was great. The old town is right on the door stop so not much of an issue really.

-The hotel is well located, nicely designed and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very kind, and takes the time to give you some good recommendations, which was very much appreciated. -The hotel has a deal with the parking garage in the street to save you some money which is great. However, we only found out about this upon arrival (and parked elsewhere already). It would have been good to know this in advance. We did make use of this option and it worked well for us. - The hotel is like a 20 minute walk to the cathedral, very doable, and nice area to walk around

- The rooms are quite noisy, we could hear all music and voices from other guests next door or on the hallway. We were located on the street side, which was very noisy early in the morning (but with the window closed it was ok). - not enough hooks to hang clothing or towels

This hotel is brilliant and only a few minutes walk from lovely shops and the old town. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is excellent and there is so much choice.

I would have given the hotel 5 stars however my sleep wasn't great due to the hard memory foam pillows. The bed was also memory foam, but was not so much of a problem as the pillow. Such a shame as the bedding and rooms are so comfortable and well decorated.

I love this place! If you are demanding when it comes to cleaning, service, quality, smell, comfort, general atmosphere... this place will meet the expectations. This boutique hotel is well maintained, it has beautiful and well designed spaces, you can see that people really take care of this place. I felt welcomed there, it was simply put, pure pleasure to stay there. Well located so you can reach all main city points by walking. :) Thank you!

Only if I'm forced to find something what is OK but not excellent, it would be breakfast. Tasty and fine, but nothing special, and not the best coffee... I really advise to serve coffee from the machine which you have reserved for external customers apart from this so-so one available for guests.

Lovely room and amazing terrace. perfect for a few nights in city and was lovely breakfast. location was okay, but easy to get to centre

The room was lovely but very small even for two people and difficult for space to open suitcase and unpack anything etc. shower wasn’t the best and temperamental, didn’t interact with staff were not overly friendly to us and didn’t offer any suggestions/ ask about our stay. Felt it was quite expensive for such a small room.

The location was very good. Top end of the old city and only a 5 minute walk the the bus station where you could takes buses to all parts of the island. Very walkable to everywhere. The staff were exceptional helping us book tours, giving us great info about visiting the island and restaurant suggestions. The room was beautiful with a very large patio. Large walk-in shower. Very comfy bed. Check in was also very easy even though we arrived after midnight and the front desk was closed. An awesome hotel - highly recommend!

Ca n'Alexandre very conveniently located on edge of old town with easy stroll to restaurants, bars, shopping and about a 15-20 minute walk down to cathedral. Hotel itself was modern and well designed. Room was spotless, very comfy bed, good rainfall shower. Tea & coffee making in room and a well priced minibar. Rooms made up with towels, tea and coffee each day. 1st floor rooms have small outside terrace which is a nice touch. buffet breakfast available though quite expensive and so we used one of several cafe and bakeries located close to the hotel
